Hello,
I am using the Avada theme with Fusion Builder version 1.2.1 and my website recently cannot save updates from the content boxes.
Every time I click the save button within the content box the page freezes.
Do I just need to update to a new version of fusion builder or avada?
Fusion Builder Version 1.0.5, Fusion Core Version 3.0.5 – latest wordpress. When I go to save the whole page freezes, does not respond. I have to go to dashboard to get out but the site is unresponsive to any changes I want to make.

The Woocommerce plugin is design integrated with Avada and these are the available styling options in the Theme Options -> https://d.pr/i/bnlf6j – border thickness is not one fo them. Can you specifically show what borders you are referring to?

Hi there.
When I try to adjust the theme to my desire (through ‘appearance’ > ‘theme options’) a weird glitch comes up that I cant seem to resolve. Somehow some of these options only show me a blank page with only the adjustable sliders to change values visible, but the description and everything else is missing..
This seems to be happening only on roughly half of the options in the theme options menu, the other half work perfectly fine..

A couple of minor updates ago, the video slider (slider revolution) calling vimeo video stopped working completely. Then after an update it started working again, however, it’s ignoring the “Start At” option in the “Source Settings” tab and always starts at 00:00. Just thought I’d let you know so it can be added to the bug fixes list.

Hi, for some reason Slider revolutoin keeps asking for a purchase code everytime I want to download a free template. Slider revolution came with this theme purchase so I did not expect to pay another fee for the free slider templates. It says purchase code not found. I have rev slider version 5.4.6.3.1 installed and running wordpress version 4.9 I believe. Is there anyway you can tell me how to get the free rev slider templates to download? Thanks.

Please FIX the incompatibility issue w/color picker w/Visual composer. hi – Avada support (ticket 475429837) said “As this is a 3rd party plugin, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with all plugins available. Also its a competitor plugin and we encourage using our Fusion Builder.” totally unhelpful. can you guys please fix this? Avada is bestselling theme & VC is best page builder, until now they’ve always worked together.. hi – thx, visual composer devs say its an avada issue “The theme overwrites wp.colorPicker _create function. But in new version wp.colorPicker .open function require a new variable called this.inputWrapper which should be defined in _create function. The avada theme rewrites this function and does not add the new variable this.inputWrapper, so this might be the main reason for the issue.”

Hi there Referring back to your links regarding PHP required stats, our server already comply with the theme requirement we are using Avada since almost one year we never face an issue, only is happening with your latest updates is it from the fusion core patch or something else, I don’t now but strangely once we are updating it’s consuming our server memory 256 and overloading a 16 process actually hosted in the Hostgator cloud business config.
Hope you can inspect your end to find out if it is an incompatibility issue with WordPress 4.9 or it is due to some security issue within your theme core?

Estoy teniendo inconvenientes con el Tema Avada en mi página (www.fgu-edu.com), lo que ocurre es que al rato de estar navegando, por ejemplo en las carreras(de una a otra) llega un momento en que la página se queda en blanco o en gris y no deja hacer más nada, no hemos instalado plugins nuevos, es algo que empezó a fallar y ya.
