Hi There,
I am having an issue where if my customer adds an item to the cart, the cart then goes empty.
I have reverted back to the Wordpress Standard Twenty Seventeen Theme and I dont have any issues.
Is this a bug that you know of? And is there a fix?

Hi there, I have set up a flat rate shipping option with my products, however, upon following tutorials and setup steps, the flat rate shipping option does not appear during check out, nor is it being caluculated in the costs when a address is entered. HI, I have just updated the theme and woocommerce and the checkout page is broken. I have the same problem as pkaleita (message form 4 days ago). Also the mini cart popout does not work and only shows the free deliver bar at the bottom. frustrated that all updates seem to break the site at the moment
What version of woocommerce is your demo using as that works. I have updated everything, wordpress, woo, theme and builder and still have layout errors. I have no custom css but there is a warning if outdated woocommerce files in the dashboard

On demo we’re using the newest versions of WooCommerce (V3.2.5) and Shopkeeper V2.3.3. Can you please let me know on which OS and Browser are you getting this issue?

Hi, the issue is on Safair and Chrome on a mac as well as on an iphone. The checkout columns mess up and the mini cart doesn’t work correctly. I have deactivated all other plugins, have no custom css and everything is the latest version. I have had to restore an old backup to get it working again but obviously want the latest version
it’s probably the same on other browsers but that is the only ones I can try. The other user ‘pkaleita’ seems to have solved the problem. What do you tell the to do?
All that I have told him is this:
“You should go through the Troubleshooting Guide first and if that won’t help you get to the bottom of it, please reach out to the support team and provide a link to your site and a temporary admin username and password so we can look into it.”
I have suggestion for small upgrade. Please allow to move category description to bottom of category page. quite important for usability and seo. Best Regards.

So after months of use the theme has crapped out during and removed all the “Add to Cart” buttons! This is not good! I removed all plugins and custom css to no avail.

That doesn’t sounds familiar and I can’t replicate the issue in my end. You need to make sure the catalog mode option isn’t enabled: https://shopkeeper.wp-theme.help/hc/en-us/articles/206679189-Catalog-Mode-Turn-off-the-shopping-functionality
Also would help to through the Troubleshooting Guide and see if you can identify the culprit.

Hi i uploaded the shopkeeper theme and as i been working on i noticed there was no cart pg or checkout pg created as part of the pages. The items will add to the cart at the top of pg and when you click it nothing happens. I made my own checkout and cart pg to see if that might be the problem but it is still not going to a checkout pg what do i need to do?

Hi, great theme…
i want to build a eshop with some products in home page with their prices But the important thing is some clients to sign up and when the loged in to see other prices from the products. Cheaper prices… i mean other prices for the simple user and other prices , the same layout for the logged in users!!Is this possible wih your theme? there is an extra woocommerce plugin for this functionality?

WooCommerce handles the Shop functionality of the theme, doesn’t have a built in option to show other prices depending if the user is logged in or not. You can look for a plugin with such options. We haven’t tested such a plugin for a while so I can’t recommend you a specific one.
