If you are referring to sub menu items which are not visible https://www.screencast.com/t/4G5ZWe6oXcYl that is because sticky mobile menu is integrated, but most users won’t have that amount of menu items, but if you plan to have that much items this can be adjusted with some css code, but extending menu height, adding scroll or removing sticky functionality.
