Hi. Choosing the “Default Primary menu” on the Metabox page and setting your own menu – does not work. Do you know why? Is it normal that the WPBakery Page Builder is used instead of Visual Composer?

Asked for a refund, the theme is unusable at devel state, use a lot of !important in css that brakes responsivness, dislike this theming APPROACH and I will never use it for develop a project with it. PLEASE REFUND ME, I can’t waste my time waiting for your long-time reply, manage issue in this manner my project will end in over 2 months… not acceptable, you have to do betatesting, not me! please again REFUND ME!

Good day, I purchased this template quite a while before I implemented it. By the time I began to organise my website, the support period had passed.

Thankfully, your documentation is solid and I have successfully uploaded the template and 70% of it is up and running. However, the most important aspect of the template isn’t working.

My Portfolio CPT setting module, only allows two post types, as a page or a post. It does not give me a portfolio post type.

As a result, I do not have the Portfolio Post type settings in my dashboard menu listing, and naturally, i cannot build my portfolio, which is the bread and butter of my website and why I chose this template.

To pay $28 for your assistance with something that I didn’t cause, is a bit much to chew. Can you all kindly assist me please?

I see the gallery supports a popup video window. That looks good but for my purposes I’d prefer a page load like the way you do with the “Branding: Project One”...the top center image in the Gallery. It opens a new page that slides in from the right. Can a video be put in place of the image slider currently there in that new page? Thanks!

Can I add Vimeo and/or self hosted video to the blog? If so can the video play on the main blog page without going into the post details?

I bought the theme yesterday and started to work on it locally today. The visual composer plugin doesn’t work right. When i click on “save changes” nothing happens. Also it says that there’s a new version of it – maybe the update would fix it?

I tried to: disable all plugins – didn’t help uninstall it and reinstall it – didn’t work

Have you had this kind of problem before? Help!

First of all, I love this theme, but I’ve got some problems. I’ve got your theme installed and I’m having issues with the menu. The home page is a one-pager with the menu items referrering to certain rows in the page. I’ve got my portfolio set up with the “open in single page” option. That is all working fine, but my menu in those portfolio pages is ofcourse not working because it is referring to certain classes of my home page. This way you’ll never get back to the home page, so that makes the single page option useless with one-pagers.

So is it possible to change the menu on the portfolio pages?

Hi, after the theme installation and the demo import through “One Click Installer” some features (like price table, portfolio, team) and pages like (pricing) are missing. Do I need to install xml data as well?
