Are you referring to the Reviewer plugin license? If so, the instructions to properly activate the license are in the documentation. If you are referring to logging into the Support Center, you can send me a message via my profile page and I’ll look into why you are having difficulty.

Given that the plugin comes with the theme, there has been a lot of confusion as to which purchase code you are supposed to use to activate the plugin, and all I can do is provide the correct instructions within the documentation. Unfortunately, most customers do not read those instructions and try to use the purchase code from the theme instead of the purchase code for the plugin (which is in the documentation). So, customers often come to me saying they are having an issue, which is when I direct them to the documentation. But please do not spread false information about how I don’t help my customers out because I certainly do. Every single one.

That is not available in this theme because it is found that most visitors never view the footer, so placing a lot of information down there that will never be viewed will only slow down the rest of the site that is being viewed.

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but if you are referring to the Featured Posts section at the top of the homepage, what you see on the main page of the demo is only one example of the 6 available Featured Posts layouts. They do not all have three columns. The same goes for the widgetized section below the Featured Posts. Not all of the widgets have three columns.

1. Is it possible to change the font size of the menu and article heading on the front page, please? 2. Is it possible to change the colour of a theme to be black throughout and font colour to be white throughout, please? I know the description says that you can change primary and secondary colours but I want to make sure I will be able to retain my brand colours as on my current website (Not just main and secondary colours of the font). 3. I can see that your theme supports portrait (vertical) thumbnails in some featured posts. Is it possible to set up vertical thumbnails on all (or majority) posts? 4. Can I choose the number of posts to be displayed under each category on the front page, please? 5. Does the theme allow to include a large (unlimited) number of categories on the front page or the number is limited, please? It might seem like an obvious answer, but I need to make sure it can accommodate our requirements. Our current website has a lot of content. 6. Can you increase the size of the logo at the top or is it at its max in Demo, please? 7. Can you include html codes or widgets in the heading of the website, please (currently a photo with a slogan?)

Apologies for so many questions. it’s just because you don’t offer any information about settings, I can’t test the Theme and I’m aware you don’t offer refunds; I need to make sure that this Theme is capable of accommodating our requirements.

Hi Tamara,

1) You can easily change the font family within the Theme Options, but changing the font size is something you would need to do within the code on your own.

2) Unfortunately, a dark version of the theme is not available.

3) The theme will use a vertical thumbnail for some Featured Posts layouts, but it will be cropped from the original Featured Image, which is recommended to be landscape and at least 1000×600. You can use smaller images, but in order for images to display around the site as they do in the demo, that is the recommended size.

4) You cannot choose the number of posts in the Featured Posts section, but in some widgets, you can choose the number of posts when the widget is simply a list of posts. The widgets that have a set layout with different size images will need to be a set number of posts.

5) You can place as many widgets as you want on the homepage with as many catgeories as you want. You can also display posts via a Tag within the widgets.

6) The logo as it is shown on the homepage of the default demo can be as tall as you want, and up to 800px wide. But, the logo in the navigation can only be a maximum of 200×30.

7) If you are asking if you can place html code in the leaderboard ad area, yes you can certainly place any html or javascript code there you want.

If you are referring to different Featured Posts sections, the theme has 6 layouts, but there are infinite combinations of Featured Posts layouts and widget configurations that you can make with your overall homepage layout.
