hi, what does the difference between clasiads and clasiadspro prices? and do we buy clasiads with this 49$? Thanks in advance

1) admin can allow number of categories, locations, images, videos etc in each plan. 2) no user can not create categories from front-end

Hello, in your demos i see that there is review/reply section under some listings. Firstly, can this be turned on any listing? Secondly does this reply/review sticks to listing or to user profile e.g. if i leave review for one listing will it be only visible when visiting this particular listing (f.e. car for sale)? Thank you.

I purchased your this theme on May 2017, at that time the theme wasnt available on themeforest, I purchase thru woxteck, after the installation I still have some issues with the theme, I’ve signed up on https://support.woxteck.com and I never receive my password in the email. When I sign in woxteck again months later my products history was not there ? I just need support to import demo

Can i create custom field for some category, for exaple: house category – number of rooms, area, year of construction, type (comercial, garage..). For telephone – type of model an bran, RAM, CPU… ?

As I can’t respond to your response to my review, I’ll leave one here. Firstly I appreciate the refund, but to blame me for not understanding your theme is just not true. Your theme is riddled with display problems that are nothing to do with user error. I’m an experienced WordPress designer and have worked with many themes so i know what i’m doing.

I’m sure if I had contacted support as you suggested you could have fixed a few issues, but when a theme has that many problems ‘out of the box’ it worries me. These are problems that need fixing within the theme code and your templates, not just a few css fix-ups. I stand by the fact that the tablet version is an ugly mess and needs a total overhaul. As a customer I shouldn’t really have to troubleshoot your theme and tell you where the problems are.

I don’t want to get totally down on your theme as there are plenty of good features and ideas there, it’s just the execution is sloppy. It sells well because there aren’t many other better options when it comes to classified themes, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be bettered. As a designer I’m very particular when it comes to asthetics which is why I groaned every time I found another display issue with this theme. Fix all these issues and you may have a decent theme, until then it feels unfinished.

Hi drobertsdesign, Thank you for your feedback, we are already working hard to bring it to best in this category, but we expect client like you to at least report us if you found an issue, as you can see we have changed a lot of things in recent updates there might be some issues but that’s not mean we are providing unfinished item as per out notification on our support channel we have/had provided a guideline for an update so if you will not contact our support channel how we can fix an issue. refund has been issued by the way. thank you

no, its classified ads theme not a marketplace, the user can list their classified ads just like olx. you can charge the user for listing their ads.

There is no forget password reset option

We are not asking you to pay for support. We have created a category on our support channel named as “others” for such customer’s like you.

We can’t have your personal details here on a public comment section or your website url etc.

We do test on daily basis and several times. If a customer get some issue, most of the time the problem with their setup not with our system. This is why they came for us for support.

We also do provide support complementary we don’t ask customers to pay first for support like other authors.

You should understand this as you are familiar with the market.

I think you need to understand our problem I am telling you that you need to test your item first before providing to your customers I dont know about other customers but my own website is down since more then 1 week because of your new update now what should I need to do

You are again repeating the same thing, you just need to submit a ticket on our support channel and provide your login details so the technical team can visit your site and fix the issue you are facing, by commenting here without any details we can not check the problem. for the update, we do test before launching new update but as you can see there are a lot of new features included in the new update, so there is a possibility of some issues, we have already write guideline for update but if you are not willing to visit support channel how we can help you.
