Hello, I’ve already purchased the theme several times for some sites I made … nice theme. Thanx. But, can the advanced carousel also FADE instead of SLIDE. It is not in the options … maybe I can change this in css. That would be very nice. Hope you can help me.

Most likely you should regenerate CSS code. Go to Theme Options > Advanced, switch Optimize CSS Size and save changes, then switch it back and save changes again.

hi, how can I use same template as woocommerce shop page for product cetgoryies as well. Right now my shop page header has a background image, when i click on a product category it goes to another page to display products in that category and you can’t see the header background anymore. Basically i would like to use same layout as shop for product category. please advise

The images used on Impreza demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the download file, they will be replaced with placeholders. Usually, no one uses demo images on their real sites, though you can purchase them on https://www.shutterstock.com/ if needed

I have 2 problems with the theme: 1) There is a constant error message at the top in the backend saying “Important notice: You have an outdated version of WPBakery Page Builder Design Options. It is required to review and save it.”. When I click the link under the error message I am send to an empty page. 2) Google Maps Plugin does not work. I added an api key to the settings in the “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer”, but I do always get a map showing the middle of the ocean and no adress works.

I bought this theme and I am trying to figure out how the buttons work in slide revolution. I have a slide that has a button called contact me. When someone clicks on it, it supposed to direct tem to my contact page. But I can´t find where I insert the url so the button works. How should I proceed?

Please go to plugins list and update Header Builder and all other plugins to their latest versions, it should help. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating to be in safe.

On all the sites that I run Impreza, updating to the latest version crashes them. Have you had any reports of this? All sites are on different severs either running PHP 7 or 7.1. All site upgrading from 4.9 to latest version.

Thanks for the reply. I resolved it in the end. It seems that after many tries I disabled Smush it which is an image optimisation plugin and it seemed to do the trick.
How bizarre, we will check Smush plugin compatibility.

Hi! I recently updated theme to latest version including Woocommerce which is updated to 3.2.5. So theme version is 4.10.1 and wordpress version is 4.9.1 Suddenly when I upload images to product gallery and update product, changes are not saved and images do not show in product gallery. I have tested on another wp version with same woocommerce version and it works just fine. Let me know if you can help on this issue, I will happily renew support and create a ticket. Otherwise my money will be wasted. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been using the theme for over 1 year, but since i’m using wordpress update + impreza 4.10.1, the edit page automatically scrolls to the bottom of the page whenever I do changes in the visual composer. Extremely annoying. What is going on?

Go to plugins list and update WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) and all other plugins, it should resolve your issue. Don’t forget to make a backup before updating.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have WPBakery Visual Composer 5.0 installed and the same issue occurs. Almost any action in the edit page makes the page scrolls to bottom.
You should update it to 5.4.5 version, please make sure you have latest Impreza 4.10.1 running on your site, take a look at this manual.

Ok all good now. I was doing “Installable Wordpress file only” as described on your website, but it didn’t update the plugins. I manually updated Visual Composer via FTP and now it’s updated to 5.4. The issue is fixed.
