You don’t need to know code, since document explains this very good. You have to edit Contact Form 7 form, and to add line with accept terms, it should go like this:

One according item will be opened by default and other items will be closed. Since you only have one item in different columns they will all be opened. Theme colors can be changed easily from Elated options section in the back end. You can set main theme color or to change colors from elements and headings independently.

On your localhost go to phpMyAdmin or any other database tool that you are using, navigate to wp_options table and find theme_options. Copy option_value content and paste it to same place on your live site database.

After that go to your live site WordPress back end > Theme Options and hit Save Changes.

From Elated options > Instagram you need to login with your Instagram account https://www.screencast.com/t/ywc1tmlyddI . In case that you have some popup blocker disable it since new page needs to be loaded where you need to enter Instagram credentials.

Please try logging our from Theme Forest and Ticksy and clear browser cache and then try logging in again, since caching often cause issues if this kind when users purchase new theme and data user items purchase data is being loaded from browser cache.

Menu header skin can be set global from Elated options > Header, but it can also be set from per page options when you edit each page. Note that per page options will override global ones, and if you want to have menu over the slider, you need to set initial header transparency from per page options to 0 (fully transparent).
