When I purchased this theme and I decided some time later to start building my construction company website www.avadaconstruction.com you guys shortly after decided to make a template for construction or general contractors. Now when ypu do a search on google for my company I’m no where to be found because everybody and there mother is now using Avada construction template and my company that is called Avada Construction is nowhere to be found. I just want to let you know that is really FUCKED UP!!!

I am afraid that we are somewhat confused as to what is being claimed here. Demos are categorized according to industry; Construction, Law, Finance, Health, Science etc etc Many themes have demos dedicated specifically to the Construction industry, inter alia.

Awesome theme! No doubt about that. Only features I’m missing are built in post views and post rating (or thumbs up) to be able to show widgets with posts sorted on most views and highest rating and have the option to show number of views and the rating on each post. Is that anything that you have thought about implementing?

I am registered/paid for support but am unable to access the support portal. It keeps throwing an error – even with password reset.
My issue is with excessive white space below the footer on interior pages (it seems like the home page is the only page that doesn’t show white space below the footer). I need help and cannot access the support portal even though I’ve paid for support. Thx!!

This should not happen at all, the footer file is included globally across all pages the same so it must be some site related issue which our support reps. will gladly check for you. However for that we will need to access your site so if you are not able to open a ticket than please send us an email to support@theme-fusion.com with your purchase code as well as your themeforest username and we will take a look at it as soon as possible.

The $60 value covers your 1 license of Avada along with 6 months of support as well as FREE lifetime updates of theme.
Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello, a friend of mine has this Avada theme and I like it, I want to buy it too. But when I tried, I was not able to figure out on my friend’s site (I got admin access) how to set a full-page background image, and also how to change the background image of the footer. I mean, I found the settings in the theme options, but changing them had absolutely no effect. My questions are:
1.) When I buy your theme for myself, do I get support how to set the full-page background, and set the footer background if I can’t manage it myself?
Also important: I want to set a 2740px wide background image, width-set to 100% width. But obviously I want the page to load a smaller version if the visitors device’s screen is smaller.
2.) Does your theme support this feature: loading smaller images (background) when the full size is not necessary?
3.) Does the theme have an option to fit the background image to 100% width?

1. Yes, we will definitely assist you with those queries basically its easy to do and if the setting was not working for you then something must be wrong on the installation level.
2. For that you will have to use a media query since the background images in our theme are set to cover position, its very easy to do and once you have our support we will let you know how to do this using custom CSS and media queries.

We do Support Google Fonts and you can type in those, however when it comes to Japanese fonts you have to use early access fonts as not all of them are supported in WordPress, you can read more about the early access fonts here please => http://bit.ly/2eOdTgD
You can also use any 3rd party plugin such as Use Any Font for such purposes, hope that answers your query

I don’t understand that. As you can see here “https://imgur.com/a/IAVUJ” it says that I have 6 months remaining.
When I try to activate my purchase code on the account I get the message that it is in use on another account.

H. There is an issue with the file on Themeforest. I cannot download the “All files and documentation”. It gets stuck towards the end. Can you please check that? I just need the main theme and child theme. I don’t really need the rest of the files. If there is somewhere else I can download only these 2, please let me know.

Hello. Great theme!!! One question. I have the background menu color set to orange. If the active page is “Home” and then you hover on “Digz” menu item right next to home.. then you see both menu items have orange background and the 2 orange backgrounds touch each other making one large orange background. I’m having an issue with Woo product variations in regards to images – I have a Featured Image set for the product. I have an image set for each variation. When I choose the variation on the product page, the image does not change to show the variation image. Is it supposed to change to reflect the variation you’re selected?
Does the product gallery slider conflict with the variation images? I noticed if I disable the product gallery slider in the settings the variation images work correctly. Once I enable them, the variation images no longer change.

Another question on the variations – is there a way to display the price increase for the variation in the pulldown menu on the product page? For example, if the variation adds $25 to the price the menu option would list the variation with (+$25) next to it.
Or, is there a way to just display the full variation cost in the pull down menu for the product?

Linking Portfolio image to Lightbox gallery of its own.
Is it possible to have each portfolio item open up its own Lightbox gallery?

i would like to have an image, when clicked, open up a lightbox that a user can scroll through a selection of images related to that image.
Example – a selection of artists on a page. User clicks on an artist and up pops a lightbox that the user can scroll through with images from that artists.
Now, heres the thing, i dont want all those images on the main page, as in i JUST want a single image from each artist that opens up their own lightbox gallery.
I know i can add images to a page and give them a unique ID that lightbox will open but that means ALL the images have to be on the page which kind of defeats the purpose here.

Okay i see what you want here in that case, doing so will only be possible if you put each of them as portfolio because when using images or gallery all of them will also appear on the page itself along with portfolio while assigning them as featured images of portfolio will cause them to appear on lightbox only on the archive pages on single pages all of them will also be a part of portfolio.

I need some IMMEDIATELY. Sent a support ticket #195076. The support tech made changes to my “live” site that messed up the home page slider hours before a review! I’ve purchased 5 Avada themes and this is not good. All he had to do is look at how the slider was appearing before making entire display option changes! White copy on a white background – DOESN’T SHOW UP!

The initial reply and course of action was the correct way to resolve the 1px difference at the bottom of the slider, but yes, the preemptive change to the slider display method was not needed. A snippet of CSS can resolve it in situ, which has been provided

Hello, the fusion builder in some elements opens but does not close, is not in all elements but for example, in the element “person” opens the modal with the options but then even clicking “Cancel” or “Save” the modal does not close and opens the background color selection. This theme was not bought by me but by a customer I no longer have support.

That is down to one of two things. (1) WordPress was updated but the theme was not updated to Avada 5.3.1, or, (2) The theme and WordPress were updated however a confirmed WordPress Core language file bug is the root cause as explained in detail in this help file -> http://bit.ly/2B930Sm
