I responded on our helpdesk both your questions. Just so others can see the strings that you didn’t find are mostly part of the Woocommerce and other plugins that we use.
If you’re using Loco Translate go to Loco Translate > Plugins click over the plugin and you can see all the translatable strings.

We do not have any option specifically for that theme. You can import listing using wp all import, however the process is not really straightforward, it depends on the complexity of your listings, types of fields etc.
For example some fields may have different structure on that theme compared to ours. That is something that you would need to adjust manually. We don’t offer that service as we are focused on working on new features, however you may find people in our facebook group that are willing to do that.

How possible is it to set a paid listing package for one listing type and then not have a paid listing package for another? What I have experienced is if I leave the paid listing package blank for one listing type and attach one for another listing type, all listing types are given a package including the one that I didn’t want to have a package.
Hi, you can have listing type specific packages, but even a free package needs a $0 price. You can’t disable that, each package has a price field

We don’t have any preference, you can use any plugin. From what I’ve heard from other users WP rocket is great for performance https://wp-rocket.me/We also use wp super cache in our demos. In SEO aspect, we are constantly improving the theme and the comming updates will address some key areas too

1. You can setup automatic updates https://helpdesk.27collective.net/knowledgebase/configuring-automatic-updates/2. Or update manually
Method 1: Deactive the theme, delete it, upload new version. No changes will be lost
Method 2: Upload/overwrite the theme folder using FTP to wp-content/themes/mylisting

I want to create a directory with professionals within the psychology field so that visitors can search them and filter the searches by categories etc. The professionals will be added by admin and then asked to fill out a form where the answers will be searchable by the visitors. , I set up the website for free listings, I deactivated WC Paid Listings plugin.
I use 3 listing types: is it possible and if yes how to set automatic Listing expiration periods. 1-without expiration, 2-60 days, 3-365 days. Maybe there is a plugin for that. Thank you in advance.

You can only have different expiration dates if you activate paid listings. Otherwise all listings will have the same expiration date which you can set in wp-admin > Listings> Settings > Listing submission

You can also modify the expiration date for a specific listing if you edit it via back-end

Unfortunately you can’t enable free submission for specific users only, unless you give them access to back-end.
One way to do it is they purchase a package which has like 1000 listings included, using “Check payments” and you approve the orders in woocommerce orders without any transaction really happening.

Pre-sale question. In adding a listing mode, when I type the address of listing, “google auto-suggest” worked correctly but the coordinates always points Africa after checking “Pick coordinates” box.
Hi, pick coordinates is only used when you want to manually find a location, otherwise you don’t need to click “pick coordinates” at all

Also when you save the listing and click pick coordinayes you will notice that is not pointing to Africa anymore but to the location provided
