Hi, we have recently upgraded to the latest version of The Ken and have followed your instructions to update WPBakery Page Builder. However, it is still asking us to activate the Visual Composer Licence (leads to an Envate login screen). Any suggestions for troubleshooting this would be welcome. Thank you. Lisa

The edge slider will only show three slides. I added a new slide and it will not show. I’ve cleared the theme cache and the browser cache and my slider still won’t show. How do I correct this?

You are one big joke guys. Your attitude is unbelievable. This theme has a major bug that creates duplicate content in blog and tag pages and your guy is telling me that your main focus is Jupiter and it’s going to take months even if he reports it to the dev team. Did I miss a small print that says: We are not going to give a f… about bugs cause we don’t care about this theme ? I’m not being picky. This theme is filled with bugs that I have never asked to fix but this is too much.

I originally purchased Ken a while back and registered the product with my product key on your website to get an API. However, I no longer have access to the original registered email address, and don’t remember the password for it either. As such, I registered a new account on Artbees. I was able to successfully add my Jupiter purchase, but when I try to add my Ken purchase it says that the product is already registered (on my old email address).
Please advice as to who I may contact to have it removed from the old email address and added to the new one?

In fact the plug in is rolling (with the wheel in left hand side) but all content are not loaded.
The page is clean (everything is ok) but the administration is not accessible.

Are there any other compatible slider options besides the Edge Slider? Edge does not show at full width even with the “full width” feature is enabled in the page section.

I do not want to use Chrome. I do not like Chrome. I want to use Firefox. Right now you have firefox to be 15 verions behind, because you didnt want to update or push an update and we have non functioning sites.

Can you push the updated of Visual Composer AT LEAST. We do not ask anything else, just the update for it, so we can manage to have our sites working properly. It makes conflicts on old version and there are also security risks. Why not just release that when we ask for it?
