Has your theme a standard non modified markup for main product image of WC 3? I am asking you that question, though I have already bought your theme, because I have a plugin with a feature that needs to work on a theme with those characteristics, as per the developer advise.

sorry i don’t understand how it is possible to change image header. i wuoldn’t use slider revolution so i deactivated this plugin, and now i’ve a white space…is it possible to insert an image here with effect like fade, zoom in, parallax, how i have o do? thanks

Wow…i updated to v6 only and found old editor was missing and i was devastated. I told myself “wow they made it worse…what where they thinking…” then i realized there is “Edit in Back-end” and it just made my day :) Don’t ever get rid of back end editor we used to it.. Have a nice day!

I’ve searched all over and about 10 people have asked how to remove the underline per standard text links. You never provided a simple answer. I am now the 11th person. Will you please provide simple CSS so that my text links will no longer be underlined? Thank you.

PS: to be clear, the CSS style should be reversed. The text link itself should be colored with no underline, but then the HOVER should show the underline. This would be consistent with how your underline menu style works. Thanks.

How do I update the whole theme? I am at 5.5.0.1 and would like to get to the latest version as seamlessly as possible. I’m using the Child theme so any customizations should be ok (hopefully). Can you tell me more about the white label feature that is now available?

Dashboard > Updates or Appearance > Themes interface should let you update the theme.
Needless to say theme should be registered and with purchase code. Also if you have renamed the parent theme updates naturally will not be available (because theme will not be identified as The7).

As for customization in the child theme. Most probably everything will be intact. However we strongly recommend making a full backup using “All in One WP Migration” plugin.

Hello, I have already bought this theme, and may buy again. I was wondering if I want to set up with Woo Commerce, would I first design the site with “The 7” then add Woo Commerce, or start with Woo Commerce off the bat. Thanks

We recommend installing WooCommerce before designing a site, so you can set everything up at once. However you can also install WooCommerce and set it up later down the road.

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. 2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it. — When I try to Slider Settings>Problem Handlings No respond after click button on the right column

If several people are having issues with visual composer and you won’t answer their questions on here. Why don’t you at least post an answer on support forum. I have done a search and cannot find anything with the recent problems with visual composer. Now I have to submit a ticket and wait 5 days for a response. Why don’t you post solutions for everyone to read? Very frustrating support.

Because:

a) there are no “several people” you are referring to;

b) there are no known issues with current version of WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer).

All we’ve seen so far are people using very old version of the plugin with newest version of WordPress. Which are naturally not compatible. There’s only one solution in this case: update.

Hi. Really great theme ! Thx ! I have a problem with this plugin: Clever Mega Menu for Visual Composer. When he’s activated, the color selector of Visual Composer doesn’t work (exemple: Row: Background style: single color -> Background Color ). Do you know if a solution could be find ?
