On the google map element, if I have 2 shops at the same address, how do I get them both to display on the map without being overlayed by one another?

I will suggest increasing the zoom level on your map if the addresses are too close in that case, however if the address is exactly the same than you can not do much about this, the pins are both set on same addresses and will show the same on map.

Cannot save after editing/replacing basic image frame in container element that is used in my Post templates. Save button does not respond. Neither does cancel button. It is not a complete freeze, as I can scroll and make other selections but it does not allow me to save or cancel. I have to X out of browser tab to move forward. That is down to one of two things. (1) WordPress was updated but the theme was not updated to Avada 5.3.1, or, (2) The theme and WordPress were updated however a confirmed WordPress Core language file bug is the root cause as explained in detail in this help file -> http://bit.ly/2B930Sm

Hi, it is not possible for me to edit some elements, for example the element “Person”, it is not possible to safe or to close it. I have to reload the page. Than I switch to text mode and make the changes there, which is very uncomfortable – I wonder, what the reason could be. I spoke with a friend and she told me that she has the same problem ….

Hello Team,

I was looking for Newspaper/magazine theme but finalized Avada as I found it a multipurpose theme. Now the problem I’m facing is that I am not able to design a perfect magazine type layout as the available templates are not much convincing to my liking or my requirements. Can I install this theme on a few of my sites or do I need to buy extra licenses for each?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

The issue you mention here could be malware, but the following needs to be clarified:

- The originator can be any one of a huge number of sources and the how it may have come about could likewise be via a myriad of points

- General security and precautionary measures extend well beyond themes and WordPress. Access points, insecure log in methods, 3rd party plugins, server protection, firewall IP table rules etc etc

- All bundled plugins and themes are fastidiously and stringently evaluated for and scanned for any form of negligent and/or surreptitious code breaches that would constitute a security fail over

I have purchased the Avada theme just now to build a website for one of my clients. However, my client doesn’t want his existing live website to be tampered while the new one is under development, so I have to work in a development environment first, then migrate to the live domain.

Request you to please advise how can I manage my newly purchased license to first develop the complete website on my development environment and then migrate it to the live domain. Should I enter the license key only once or at both places, and if only once, where should I enter it? Once live, the development environment will be deleted for sure. So, at the end, only one instance of the license will be used for sure.

You are allowed to use the same key when you are using the second one only for development purposes, there is no issues with it at all.

- ​​​The theme purchase includes the Layer and Revolution Slider plugins, at no extra cost

- ​​As of right now, Avada 5.3.1 is the latest version of the theme. The latest version of the Layer Slider plugin is version 6.6.4 and Revolution Slider is version 5.4.6.4

It should never be deleted but perhaps the file was not being transferred at all, can you please try and reinstall the theme again using FTP method please so you are sure that all files are being transferred properly.

Hello. I am super super tired of this issue. I can’t see the facebook comments with a cellphone. They appear and disappear. You already solved this problem for me (like 3 times really) and when you update it appears again. My support is expired and I won’t pay again for an issue that is completely yours. I am really tired of this, I am thinking of changing my theme (even though I already expend money on your theme!) because I am really frustrated. Please, can you solve this problem? Thanks

I had a close look at this, the previously reported issue, and we will gladly try and help you, but I do need to clarify the following:

The Facebook comments is a 3rd party plugin and is not part of the Avada theme. We do not have control of the plugins code or development cycle

I can also see that when diagnostics were run to investigate this previously, there were the same issues with the default WordPress theme not just Avada

I did an extensive search of our support history, which is extensive, and this is the only single reported instance of this exact issue

There can be a range of influencing factors that are affecting the plugins iFrame and we can try and find the source of that for you. We have reached out to you via email

Envato introduced paid support, we as theme authors did not and did not have any control or influence over that.
