Wow, thank you for the 5.4 gift. It’s wonderful to evolve/grow with your theme.
Hope to see many news in 2018. Specially some design features, like better designed buttons, images with hotspots or before/after (included in theme).
Fusionbuilder is better and faster than VC, but it lacks of some extra feature extensions/addons. In the meantime enjoy your holidays!

We are glad to hear that you liked our new update, the best is indeed yet to come regarding your feature requests above we have a lot of customisation available for our buttons which you can change by setting button styles to custom and in other case you can always use custom CSS to change the layout completely, before / after plugin has not yet officially tested by our developers also once we release Fusion Builder as a stand alone plugin there will be many add ons available for it, we are continuously listening to our user’s ideas and suggestions so please send us yours to support@theme-fusion.com

Good day,
I have noticed that Avada theme comes bundled with new plugins including ConvertPlus, Is this eligible for receiving one click updates, extensions and freebies?
I need to use this plugin with the Addon that you only recieve when you input the license of the product? I want to use the Sendy addon and the contact 7 addon ?
Please advise or do I need to purchase the plugin seperately to license it and receive these addons?

The ConvertPlus is bundled free with our theme however if you are looking to get the premium add ons that comes only after an individual license than you will require to purchase a license of your own as we are not allowed to provide a license key to our customers, same goes for any premium plugin that is offered FREE with our theme, the premium add ons will require an individual license, also the updates for plugins will be available to you when we update this on our own theme (bundle) like it happens for Revolution Slider and Layer Slider, i will also suggest asking the plugin developer about this as well

Is there any way to prevent fusion slider from pausing automatically when the browser window isn’t the active window (i.e., when a user clicks somewhere else on their screen)? I already have auto-play and slide loop checked and turned on.

This is not an option right now in Fusion Slider but we also ship 2 other sliders that have more advanced capabilities so we will suggest trying either Revolution or LayerSlider in this case.

After a second the content is blurred. I make just instalation of Avada theme and plugins. I tried reinstall it but it was same. I tried it on another web browser, provider settings is make good. Please help.

This issue you are seeing is simply due to browser cache actually, i suggest you to please clear your browser cache and check again using incognito mode window in chrome and it will be fixed, however if not than simply open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I would like to switch to Avada if you can accommodate this navigation layout. I notice that Avada allows for the navigation below slider option but the dropdowns are revealed below the menu, which you cannot see until you scroll up. In the example I provided, the dropdowns are revealed above the menu bar while the menu is on the bottom. Once you keep scrolling and the menu is displayed on the top of the page, then the dropdowns are displayed below.

I am not sure if the URL is correct because the site you provided above is using Avada itself with our header-v1 that is our own very first basic layout and the navigation used in it is indeed a part of Avada => http://prntscr.com/hpwuw2

That is either due to a 3rd party plugin or the fact that the theme needs to be updated. If you have registered your theme via token key -> http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY – It can sometimes take a bit of time to propagate through, Go to WP Dashboard >> Updates and check periodically

It will all depend on what you want to do and want to achieve. Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Please your urgent help: - I have created a portfolio with 4 categories, I have about 210 entries, as I do so that the posts appear in strict order as I have decided, the publication dates do not work nor the order option. - I have configured the portfolio in 6 columns and 24 posts per page, but that is not shown with the browser in 100% view, this is achieved if the browser is at 90% and is not correct. Can I download 5.3 if I’ve purchased a previous license, or do I need to purchase a new license?

The UPDATES are FREE for lifetime and to get a new version you do not need to purchase another license unless you plan on creating another website on another domain. You should be able to update your theme to the latest version 5.4 that is just released without purchasing an extra license.

Sticky header? Can the top bar be made sticky as well?

Right now the sticky header can only include your menu + logo area, the secondary header can not be included into the sticky area for the moment.

Hello,
1- I need the Woocommerce sidebar to show on a phone as a flyout with an icon (style of icon doesn’t matter, just so it gives the viewer something to tap or a way to open it). My current theme includes this feature. When I tested your demos on my Samsung S4 phone, the sidebar contents drop to the bottom of the page, but my customers may not find it that way or even know that it’s there. I have looked through your documentation and the images showing the admin options, but I am uncertain if your theme does this. You can see what I mean on my website on your phone. 2- I may also need to do some customizations, such as adding product item numbers to the cart. I am not a developer, but if you can give me the code for these and advise me where to put them, I’ll be able to do that. Once purchased, I can send you the customized code that I have and ask if it’s compatible with your theme. Thanks.

In our theme we have this feature as a stand alone, its called “Sliding Bar” and can definitely be activated and used on desktops as well as mobile phones too, you can enable this from Theme Options and place the widgets you want inside it. However it does work independently of “Side Bar” and you will still see the sidebar below the content area on phone unless you want to hide it using custom CSS.

I am afraid we do not provide such kind of customisation right now as it will require editing our theme or woocommerce files, however we have amazing partners that you can work with that can help you with all the customisation needs.
