Menu Transparency isn’t working properly. When the website is refreshed, the menu bar is white. If you resize the window to very narrow then back to normal size, then the menu is transparent. Is there a fix for this? Thank you
Never mind, sticky header was selected. When deselected it works properly.

I have a doubt. To create an online teaching platform with plugins like Learndash and Sensei (wocommerce) and sell access to this content (online courses), do I need to acquire an extended or regular license?
I do not know if I understood correctly when an extended license is required.
Another question: Does this theme have design integration with the Learndash plugin and Sensei (wocommerce)?

You can use those plugins with Avada, but they are not 100% design integrated with Avada right now. Furthermore, you only need a regular license, not an extended license

Switching between any two premium themes may take come adjustment to content as no two themes are exactly alike. You will not loose your portfolio content when you activate Avada, but may need to make content adjustment due to how the portfolio info was set out previously. I always suggest making a carbon copy of the current site, set it up on a Staging sub domain and then activate and adjust from there. Once one you can migrate your new site over to the live domain

I use and like Avada but it’s far from perfect talking about SE optimizations. When we use tools that analyses the code, there’s a lot to do to improuve it.

Good morning. I used AVADA theme well. However, I have a problem recently and ask you a question. In the header menu of this theme, I tried to create a mega menu. However, only a few menus are applied, and the remaining menus are not applied to the mega menu. Also, after saving, the properties I applied are disappear. How should I solve it? please help. This sounds like a max_input_vars issue to me for sure and you need to check your system status area to see if the limits are properly set or not, you can read all about system status here => http://bit.ly/29P6ivL
That article also explains how to increase the max_input_vars value so that your menus do not get truncated at all.

Is there no way to lock the footer down to the bottom without adding custom CSS? If I have a black footer, it doesn’t look good to see all the white space beneath it. All I need is a yes or no. I’m not asking for suppprt or opening a new ticket. Thank you.

Thanks. However, I already had it turned on and Sticky Footer does not work. If I click & drag my footer area after sticky footer has been activated, the white area is still there.
For example (and I hate to use this reference) but ifwhenf I’m using the Salient theme, the footer area stays completely locked in place (sticky) but also holds the footer area’s color in place. But thank you for the reply.

That is what I’m trying to accomplish with Avada. No white space under the footer, no shifting navigation in the header.

I (though) i bought avada at the black friday sale but the fact is that the purchase got canceled because i didnt confirm my email (it got burried in the spam folder). I sadly just found out about this but the sale is already over… Is it possible to be able to buy the package at the black friday price of 40 dollar? If you want to use some special font like Japanese, Chinese etc. But you don’t want to upload “fat fonts” using the original theme method.
You can use Child Theme. Activate it and use your main.css Child Theme file to specify what font you like.
For Chinese fonts:
body { font-family: 黑体 !important; }
This will override theme settings and you don’t have to slow down your website.
For the authors
When use Child Theme
Page attributes (100% width) disappeared.
Previous 100% width setting saved until you try to change the page.
PS, updated theme, turned off/on plugins

Yes, you can also use the fonts that way however regarding the query on 100% width template it should always stay for you and should never go away, if you have issues with that we will love to check out your installation.

Just a suggestion for your developers to run the Theme Check plugin against a clean install of Avada there are over a hundred issues with the theme not following WordPress standards that were created back in WordPress 4.4 and there are some security issues according to ThemeCheck.

First of all, awesome theme!
I’m currently working on a portfolio site with 7 portfolio categories and each category has its own page. I’m using the Widget Logic plugin to display a different footer for each page using conditional tags (using “is_page”). It seems to works fine everywhere except in the portfolio single page, which also needs to display a unique footer depending on which category it falls into.
Conditions like “is_category”,”in_category”,”is_tag”,”has_tag” doesn’t work and it seems only “is_single” or “is_singular” works which is pointless.
I desperately need this to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I notice on your demo page that if you have logged in before, the next time you click in the Username box in the Secondary Menu, your username(s">for Classic Shop will drop-down to click, but if you move the mouse to select it, the whole My Account drop-down will disappear.

I just want to know, where is the Avada setting stored? is it in mysql ? or any file that I can view ? I want to export my old setting back. Hi! I’m excited about the new features, thanks! In my opinion the most beautiful demo pages are pages: whats-new-in-5-4, whats-new-in-5-3, etc.
They demonstrate new features and would like to download them from the library when i select avada classic demo to view the pages i can import. Can you add it there?
Is there a plan for exchanging elements that Avada users made using shortcodes to download and use it? I would like to have a common base of elements that we can do together and exchange. And if an item like anyone can copy its shortcode and paste it on the site

Also the pages you mentioned are actually promotion pages that are not imported with demo nor you can download or import them now using the Fusion Builder however they can definitely be created using our Fusion Builder and Avada capabilities.

In that case please try putting in the fresh Avada files using FTP method and also try disabling your plugins, check your browser console for any possible error as this is not a theme issue, i can assure you our theme typography settings work just fine and good without any issues so something must be wrong on system level.

I’m very excited about that you include the ACF pro into the bundle. Do you have a detailed guide on how to use this plugin together with AVADA? Because as far as I know, ACF pro is not so user-friendly to the non-tech newbies. Thanks.
