Hi, how can I change the blog format from regular to masonry for example? Is there a blog-masonry page (that I must have accidentally deleted, because I can’t find such page) or is there another way? Thanks in advance!

Blog Masonry was included in the demo installation. I assume you have deleted it
But it’s not a problem. What you should do is, make a new page an publish it. Then enable RPB (Rock Page Builder). Add “Portfolio” element. Then select “post” for post type. Select other details such as how many items will be shown and masonry mode etc. And that’s it!

Actually I tried it that way. I created the new page, added the portfolio with “post” type selected and the rest of the formatting. The new page was added to the main menu and all worked fine, except one thing. When I define that new page as my “Post Page” from Settings -> Reading, when I click on the “New Blog Page” oh header’s breadcrumb area, it shows the posts with the “Blog regular” formatting. Or when I click on a category the formatting also follows the “Blog regular” one, instead of the formatting I created with the portfolio. That’s why I’m wondering that maybe the problem is somewhere else..

Let’s start from the last question Your Support Forum registration should work normally. However, sometimes our confirmation emails may fall into junk directory. Alternatively, you can email us and send your Purcahse Code and we will complete your registration
I think we are talking about “archive” pages here. Archives are different things than regular pages. But wait! Azoom got a powerful system to take control over archive pages too What you should do is, select that page as your archive page in Theme Options If you can email us about this, we can help you further on this as well.

That seems weird. I’ve sent you email. But you are not getting my email. Can you check your email server? And make sure our emails does not go into “junk” folder? Also, you may want to double check your email system’s security. Some email security systems filters any unknown email address.

The weird thing is that when I try to register from the support page (https://themeforest.net/item/azoom-multipurpose-theme-with-animation-builder/10591289/support), I get this error “Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code.” I can’t figure out what might have gone wrong.
Also, another question concerning my original issue. While setting the blog page as the “Archive Layout Page for post” resolves the blog formatting issue from breadcrumbs, the archived category pages return all the blog posts (they are not filtered to the selected category). Any idea?

It shows that message because you’ve already registered to our Support Forum. However, your email server didn’t receive our emails. I’ve also made sure your registration has been completed. However, even our emails have not been received by your server. Can you try to email us with a different email address?
And for the question, simply edit the archive page. Edit that Portfolio element and do not select any category Then it will use the active query variables for the category

About the archive. You mean the blog posts page that I have set as the “Archive Layout Page for post”, right? I think I don’t have the option to choose nothing, from the portfolio element. It’s either All categories or some of them.

great theme, but I need some help regarding the actual issue with theme options that won’t save, which started with the latest WordPress update. The settings will return to the gray color and won’t save. Yes, I’ve downloaded the update, but I’ve already made a whole bunch of modifications throughout the theme files, and I was wondering if you could point me to exact file where you’ve fixed that anoying issue? So that I could replace just that part?

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme I assume you have updated the WordPress without updating the theme. WordPress 4.9 changed the HTML element tag for color. We have updated our theme to be compatible with this change. Only solution you can follow is to update the theme first. Make sure you always check for theme updates before WordPress updates. To recover your old changes, you may want to contact to your hosting. Hosting should restore your weekly/daily backup. Then you can update the theme first and then the WordPress.

Hello, I want to ask you a question, you will see a client has hired me to build your site based on your theme. I have installed wordpress from scratch and the theme has been installed and activated without any problem … now if I use a demo template when I edit a special grid box I can see the grid options, set background etc … now if I believe a page from scratch when adding this I no longer see this option and I do not understand why … you could clarify this point … because the complete configuration options do not appear as in the template

Hi XanderRock, I´m running the newest Azoom Theme Version 2.2 and updated to Wordpress 4.9. today. Now all my color settings are lost and I can´t change them anymore (Design > Theme Options). Even if it says “all changes are saved” nothing happens. Can you help me somehow? Thanks!

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme Are you using any kind of caching plugins? Try to disable all 3rd party plugins and make sure there are no available caching on your host/server as well.

Thanks for buying Azoom Theme We use Curvy Slider in our demos. Are you not able to see Curvy Slider? That should be because of missing images. If loading the demo data failed on loading images, Curvy Slider will not be visible.
We also added Revolution Slider as a bonus. However, we don’t use it’s demos in our demo. So no demo is included for Revolution Slider.
