I got 2 problems:

The right dimension for Home Modern Slider is 1859×1050 px.
However, please notice that all the images that you use for this slider are set to the background, so in any case, they will be clipped and centered to the middle of the image.

Everything seems ok but when I’m trying to install plugins, a blank screen was coming and after that the site says Error establishing the database connection.
Then I tried updating the database password, the error resolves. I’m trying for a day to install (especially “Whizz Plugins”) and request you to help me out on this issue ASAP.
If not responded ASAP, I would request 100% refund.

I resolved it before on my own in prior to receiving your email, and I truly appreciate your support team for such a quick responses and I would like to give few tips.
1. Make at least 1 support person to work on International timings(IST, AEST etc) which could improve your sales as well. 2. All the recommended plugins have to be installed before the required plugins(if max execution time doesn’t work)

1. Please make sure that footer widgets are enabled in Theme options>Footer
Please notice, that you can also enabled footer widgets on every page in General page options
2. Then please add necessary widgets in Footer sidebar, which you can find in Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets
3. Also, please notice that copyright in footer can be enabled in Theme options>Footer

Firstly, really great theme – thank you!
I was wondering if you could help with an issue I have on the gallery. In Chrome (appears to only be in Chrome) the icons for the gallery actions are there but not visible. I.e. if you click the area where the icons are in Chrome the action takes place, you just can’t see the icon. Any idea how I can fix this?

There`s just needed to choose ‘fixed’ (not transparent) menu on the page (in the page editor)
and choose black color for the menu background in Theme Options->Theme color
As I can see, you use White theme color. So, if you choose ‘fixed and transparent’ menu, it`ll obviously be white

Hi there, I have a question regarding arrow styling on hover images (frontpage). The position of middle line seem to be a little off, so it’s not a perfect arrow. Would be really nice to be able to select specific Portfolios to use in the Home Slider instead of only Categories. My Portfolios contain several images all under the same category, but with the current theme design, it’s only possible to feature the “first” image contained in a single portfolio, categorized in a certain category.

Unfortunately, we don’t such opportunity in our Theme for now.
However, you can achieve the necessary result by adding your Portfolio to the Category and display it via Portfolio Slider.
In order to do that, please make the next steps:
1. Add new portfolio or edit the present ones
2. Set the required category for your portfolio
3. Select the category you need in the shortcode Portfolio Slider shortcode.

jirousek and others: Plugins that are bundled with themes will show this message, just ignore it. For bundled plugins you cannot have automatic updates; it is only when the theme author updates it. In addition you can’t get support from the plugin’s author or any premium templates if they offer it. In order to get all of these, you have to buy the plugin directly from the plugin’s author. Please note that this is true for all themes and bundled plugins on Themeforrest.

Hello, I have problem with activating WPBakery license like Abhishek. It tells ” Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder.” all the time. Please, follow the steps below to update WPBakery (and any other premium plugins) plugin to its latest version.
1. Log into your WordPress Dashboard
2. Click Plugins and then deactivate and delete the plugin(s) you’d like to update (ie. Visual Composer)
3. To install the updated version of that plugin simply click Appearance > Install Plugins and re-install the plugin just like you did when you first setup the theme.That’s it! The new version is installed and you’re all good to go!

i have purchased whizz theme i am not able to use it properly the demo is not getting installed and visual composer is asking me to purchase the license i thought its free with the theme i am disappointed and not satisfied with it at all.
Hello Abhishek, Thank you for choosing our theme. There`s no need to purchase the WPBakery lisence since Whizz theme includes the extended one. It allows you to work with the plugin without any issues. Please, deactivate->delete the plugin and install it once again in order to receive the latest version of it.

In order to adjust synchronization between WP/LR and Lightroom plugin please do the next steps: 1. Install the WP/LR Sync plugin for both WordPress and Lightroom. 2. Tweak the settings in both plugins. 3. Drag your images to the Photos folder in Lightroom to sync them to your Media Library.

Thanks for this but not sure I’m getting across what I want to do.
For some of my other websites where I use WP/LR Sync I can create a collection in Lightroom and then when I sync to the website it will create a gallery, populate it with images and maintain a link to Lightroom so that if I change the photos in the collection they get updated on my website without any further intervention.
1) For Whizz is this possible? ie Automatic creation of a portfolio, populate it with images, maintain a sync to lightroom?
If this is possible then I need to set up the plug with some theme specific options for which the WP/LR Sync developer says I need to get from the theme developer.
e.g. for the Themegoods Photography Theme the following are needed:
Set up the Post Types Extension: – Post Type: gallery – Mode: Array in Post Meta – Post Meta: wpsimplegallery_gallery – Taxonomy: gallerycat
Whereas for the ColorMelon Bluebird theme they are:
Set up the Post Types Extension: – Post Type: portfolio – Mode: Array (ID -> FullSize) in Post Meta – Post Meta: phort_gallery – Taxonomy: phort_post_category
In the absence of these settings Lightroom will synchronise with the Wordpress media library, but not with the portfolios on the site
2) Assuming the plugin will create and synchronise portfolio posts, what are the settings I need to use?
I’m hoping the theme can do this, if not can I place it on the feature request as this would truly make it the best photography theme out there.

We have good news!
The Parallax gallery shortcode has been added to Whizz theme. Now you can create the page with this shortcode and set that page as a Front. You`ll get the same page as this portfolio item http://wp.themedemo.co/whizz/portfolio-item/individuals/
So this is the best solution for you! Isn`t it?
Here`s a small instruction how to use the shortcode:
1. Please, find the Parallax gallery shortcode in the list
2. Choose images you want to use
3. Add the Title and Subtitle for your page (if needed)
4. Choose ‘Fixed and transparent’ header style
5. Disable all footer options
P.S. Please, don`t forget also to update Whizz theme and plugin to the latest versions in order to have this shortcode
