Hi, why element “sliders-container” is printed on the header.php file always? why there is no condition if there is a $slider_page_id set, echo the sliders-container div and print the slider. if there is no slide, this div not need to print on HTML. U agree with me?

Hello, I purchased Avada to used on my main domain, however, i am currently testing on a subdomain. Please can i move the just the license without deleting subdomain test site? i have read this https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/transferremove-avada-license/

You can do that but the testing domain needs to be behind a coming soon page or .htaccess rule that requires the person viewing it to have to log in, to access the site. It cannot be publicly accessible

Hello, there’s a bug with the header showing the 3 logos on the 5.4 version. I can’t fix it with the “Reset Fusion Caches” option, I tried deleting all the images and uploading them again and yet not working.

I believe you have a transparent header enabled right now, you can change the transparent header setting from Avada > Theme Options > Header tab as well as from the Fusion Options > Page > Header tab.

1. Why do not the values of the H1-H6 headings in the Fusion Slider work? And in the header of the slider and in the subtitle. Text sizes change only in font size. Do not send me to tech support, they do not answer me; 2. And how to change the size of the text in the button? I want to leave the size=”xlarge” button, but make less text in it. What settings should I apply? The size of the text in the buttons, too, refers to H1-H6?

Hello – I purchased your theme as an effort to update the theme files from a previous developer that used an older version of your theme (5.0.6 – not too old). Because of so many changes to the child theme from the previous developer I don’t think I can update the theme at all making it almost a waste to purchase this current version. The issue I am having is when I try to use the page builder or the theme settings in the control panel, it doesn’t display correctly and sometimes does not save. Version: 5.0.6 is currently what we are using. My question is: Can you give me some idea on resolving the theme issues on the 5.0.6 version or point me in the right direction to get this resolved?

We can’t account for what the previous developer may or may not have done via the child theme, this may be down to one of two things. (1) WordPress was updated but the theme was not updated to Avada 5.4, or, (2) The theme and WordPress were updated however a confirmed WordPress Core language file bug is the root cause as explained in detail in this help file -> http://bit.ly/2B930Sm

This is a very basic layout and can definitely be achieved using Avada, I do not see any special functionality at that site they just have basic service offering with pricing tables and a contact form for each service

Hi, after the update from the AVADA Theme to 5.4 I can’t update the 2 Plugins Fusion Core and Fusion Builder. Also all my sliders are gone 
Maybe it is a problem with the folder rights, I tryed several Changes on folders with changing the rights into with 777 but nothing helps.
Before the Update everything was ok.
Are there the Plugins available for a manual upload that I can upload manualy with ftp to the server?

It is odd that it would not update, but is easy to resolve. Please do the following:
- Make a full backup of the theme, files and database (this is always recommended when updating, anyways)
- Log into the server and navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder
- Delete the Fusion Core & Fusion Builder plugins
- Log into your WordPress Dashboard and go to -> Avada >> Plugins and install each plugin
- The latest versions of each plugin, matching your install will be installed

I need to change a font for a single title and know if this font is easy for readers to see, because it’s not a common font. As this title is h2, when modified from the standard form by CSS all h2 titles are modified. But I need to modify only one title, which is actually part of a slide (i am using fusion slider). How do I specify this change and know if readers will see it?

Hi, what version of Slider Revolution does your theme come with and does it come with all their add-on’s even though it’s bundled?

Right now we bundle the latest version of Revolution Slider which is 5.4.6.4 however the slider comes without the premium add ons, if you want to use the premium add ons you will require to purchase a separate license on its own.

Are you referring to this animated feature that follows the mouse when you hover? -> https://d.pr/i/l0byxJ – If yes, that should be possible with the Revolution Slider but I am not entirely sure as I have not implemented that before. It may mean that you might need to use a different 3rd party plugin for that affect

I have an 100% full width gallery page (fixed width) and want to show 4 images per row on the full width. Unfortunately I get space between the pictures because the thumbnail is too small. However: with portfolio I can get it working perfectly as you also can see on your own website (without the spacing): https://avada.theme-fusion.com/grid-100-2/. How can I do the same thing with an image gallery without big white gaps inbetween and an fixed width?

Last update (5.4) completely broke my website. Error message with DEBUG turned on:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 629664 bytes) in /home/yz231d87/public_html/wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/dynamic_css.php on line 286
I’ve already assigned 512MB to memory limit and still nothing.

Even 256MB is a lot of memory to be assigned to the WP however sometimes the host looks like its assigning the memory correctly but its not, even tho the memory issue should not break the site at all but in order to properly troubleshoot this issue for you we will need to look into your setup so please do create a support ticket with us and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, something wrong with this theme now, before then everything was working well. Now when i install Avada works perfect for couple of hours then i cant perform any edits in my website the dashboard page hang on Saving changes.
