Hi! One question:
Is it possible to set up a different feature image of each post than the one that appear in the header pf each page, i mean, now, appear in the header the feature image that you set up, and want 2 differents, because in the header it will be always the same but when i share the post/page in Social Networks i want a different image for each one.

You can set any image you need on Media Panel (what you call Header) on each post. Just edit post and, roll a bit to locate Page Options. On Media Panel tab make sure Display Media Panel is set to position On. Then, on Background Section select Other Image and, upload or select an image from Media Library. In this way, you can have an image on Media Panel and still have another Featured Image. Note that, social network will retrieve image from post’s Featured Image.

Hello. You can add media on a profile page. Technically is just another post type and, Page Builder is enabled on it. What you can’t do is, replace the profile photo with a media grid.

Hello and, thank you for purchasing our theme. You need to go to Dashboard > Theme Options > Content > Blog. Roll a bit until you find Default Title and Default Subtitle fields and set your texts. Next, locate the three last fields on the bottom of the page. Update those fields (Button Text, No Posts Title Text & No Posts Description Text) with what you need. Save changes and, check your website.

This featured is not available out of the box. You can use custom CSS to achieve that. We’ll provide you with an example. Paste the following lines on Theme Options > Advanced > Custom CSS field:
label.mobile_collapser { visibility: hidden; } label.mobile_collapser:after { visibility: visible; }
It will remove the text and, will also maintain the hamburger menu on screen.

We’re thinking about purchasing the PEDIATRICIAN template however we need it for a psychology clinic not just a single psychologist. Do you think it would still suit our needs sufficiently?
I do see that there is a clinic template available however as we are a child psychology clinic I really do prefer the colours and layout of the pediatrician one.

So, yes, you can use the Pediatrician demo, and change the Color Sets to suit your Psychology profile.

Did you recently switched to a secured site? In this case, make sure you have updated WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) on Dashboard > Settings > General because, if you haven’t, the icons will not find their way into the front end. In other case, create a support ticket to investigate the issue further.

Hello and, welcome back. We have tested our theme with the particular plugin and it works. When using the functions for aiding the visual impaired, the design “breaks” a bit and images are gone but this is common for plugins of this type. We also checked with skiplinks and in most cases, you can target a unique identifier for directing the visitors.

I have a problem from yesterday, “SAVE CHANGES” button on WPBakery Element Backend Editor can’t click on it. Sometimes it can, sometimes no. when I found this, I was updated the theme using FTP, but the problem still not fixed.

Edit contact page and navigate to Page Options (under the main content area). Select Media Panel and set Map as Background Type. Enter longitude and latitude and save changes. Other options like map type, zoom, market type etc. are also available.

To change the background color of the footer, log in to WordPress administration Dashboard and, navigate to Theme Options > Footer > Main Section. On the tab, roll down to locate Footer Color Set options and, using the color picker, select one color – or simply enter a valid CSS color value on the field. Save changes to let the effect apply.

Wow, I certainly would recommend this theme to my friends. I am not someone who leave comments often, but in this case I need to say that this is an amazing theme. I bought many themes, some good and some bad, despite good looking at frontend, some are not easy to manage in backend.
Heathflex is good looking and very easy to manage in backend. Everything is ordened in the right way! Thank you for creating this theme.

Is this theme mobile friendly? One of my clients is using it and when we pulled the site up on the mobile phone, the text box in the rotating images overlaid the image. She was concerned about that.
