Hello, Is it possible to use some parts of agency demo(like its top navigation) and some parts(like its footer) of another demo in the same site?

This isn’t possible directly, as importing a demo will fully configure your site to look like the chosen demo and you can’t mix and match different parts during the import process. You could however import a few different demos one at a time and check the theme options to get an idea of what features and settings are being used. This would be more of a learning process to see how the theme works. Then you could try to recreate that look starting from the demo most like your desired design and adjust settings from there.

Help! I keep trying to register my license code, but it is telling me the license already exists for another account. I tried to contact you via support, but it is impossible to figure where or how or even if you can submit a ticket. I’ve been trying to find a good theme for my client who is now ready to redesign their site and your theme will work perfectly. I just have a couple of questions I was hoping you could answer. I noticed that the theme now includes Modern Event Calendar, so I looked at their website, but I’m still unsure about one thing. My client only wants to display their events in a list format, they do not want the option to switch between different views. Can you tell me if this plugin will allow them to just display the list format for the main page view, such as an events page, and for using in the widget area, such as a sidebar?
If this isn’t a capability with the plugin, can you tell me if your theme is compatible with the Quick Event Manager plugin?
Also, since your theme is compatible with Contact Form 7 does that mean it is also compatible with the plugins created for extended functionality and styling on Contact Form 7 such as, Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields, Contact Form Submissions, and Contact Form 7 Style?
I appreciate your help answering my questions. I need to ensure my client will be 100% satisfied with their new site using your theme and continuing with the functionality they require.

You can easily hide the switch functions to only display the list view that’s no problem at all.
We support contact form 7 but can’t guarantee that all other extensions of contact form 7 will work as those are 3rd party modifications which we simply can’t test.

Sometimes I faced issues with cornerstone. can i just use visual composer instead. both are supported right?
you need to fix your licensing screen/workflow. It’s very cumbersome to transfer the license. I am a UX designer and I couldn’t figure out how to do a license transfer. Also, for development purpose, it should allow at least to test on two sites. Dev and Staging.

Now, about the “in-depth article” on how to activate/provoke a license or what we call License Management. From UX perspective, if you actually have to write an “in-depth article” about a very simple UI, you are having a problem there.
It’s very simple. Have a list (grid/table/or just a list will do) with all the licenses that user has, next to it if it’s already Activated, then have a button/link called Provoke/Remove. If it hasn’t been activated yet, then has a status called Available. Since user activates it from the wp-admin site.
Edit the URL doesn’t work because if I am using something like serverpress that run locally then the IP is changing constantly depending on where I am at. Just follow the KISS metaphor.

As a software provider to hundreds of thousands we are familiar with the need to adequately document everything as in-depth documentation in and of itself does not mean something is complicated, rather there are simply moving parts and variables that need to be explained. A slow performing site could be due to a myriad of reasons outside of the theme itself including hosting configurations and 3rd party plugins. X is optimized to preform very well and is extremely lean, however if you’d like a member of the team to take a look they’d be happy to do so in our support forums.

Hello, after moving my website with duplicator, i have the “Hold up! The content has been modified outside of Cornerstone. Editing in Cornerstone will replace the current content. ” issue. None of my pages are now editable, however the website is visible. Is there any simple solution to edit the database and force the editor to switch to Cornerstone ? It’s really problematic !! thank you

There is a line-break issue with Visual composer. All line-breaks and some other formatting disappear. This happened since the latest version. Please get this fixed as soon as possible. I understand you can’t just give us the latest version of VC, but this is something that is regularly used. My support time is up so i do it this way.

They fixed this in version 5.4.4 (Fix: TinyMCE Saves linebreaks), but the latest version is 5.4.5. No changes so this should be compatible within X. Hope you guys can make this update available on themeco.

The standard demos include placeholder content and the home page, but not the full design. To get a demo with sliders included, you could import one of the expanded demos.

But one prebuy-question: Is the theme still fully compatible to visual composer plugins as “Cost Calculator – WordPress Plugin” https://codecanyon.net/item/cost-calculator-wordpress-plugin/12778927 . This ist dependent of VC and as you changed the pagebuilder recently, i’m a bit uncertain.

We still maintain VC compatibility, and a copy of VC is included with each purchase of X. However, we’re unable to guarantee compatibility with other plugins, including those that extend VC. I can’t speak to the compatibility of that plugin specifically, but in our experience X works great with any plugins coded to WordPress best practices.
I am using the Ethos sub-theme… and on the “Category Archive” page, I’m wondering if it can be changed to show the actual name of the category rather than “Category Archive” ?

I had so many good reviews about this. reality is it has lots of bugs I’ve had this a week not been able to use it due to the support passing the buck saying it’s WordPress setting then I disable all install still the same they still say it’s the setting. then I disable pro and the bug goes away.

Hi, I wanted to know how the x theme and pro theme differ and which would be best for an existing site. Could you point me to the docs for setting up either x or pro on an existing site? And do they both come with lifetime updates? Also are they compatible with woocommerce wish list plugin? Thanks.
Also do you have any advanced filtering system for woo commerce products inside the theme, i cannot see any docs on product filters and the demo only shows a few filters?
