Eek, okay, I just installed the Header addon and now my site has no header? If I go in to the settings I have to rebuild the entire header from scratch, including for all views? I did not know installing this would delete all of my existing header… my social links, my logo, everything… it all has to be re-created in the header builder, just to get the old transparency feature from previous Impreza versions? Or am I missing something?

Hello, I would like to know how I can put the footer “copyright” integrated into a page in full screen. I want it to appear above the background image that appears in full screen. For example in the left corner of the footer.
If I remove the color from the bottom of the footer, it remains blank and I would like it to be transparent and to be integrated with the background of the entire screen. With the footer the bar appears to move the web vertically and I want it to be seen in full screen without scrolling. Thanks You!!!

Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box. You can either create a ticket as Customization on our support portal so our developers could provide a solution when they have some spare time or you can hire a separate developer to create the desired layout for you.

Go to Settings > General and make sure you set the same URLs there, both should be with or without leading www and https.

As I can see you are using an outdated version of Impreza, please update it to the latest version 4.10.3 (read how to do it easily). Then update all plugins to their latest versions. Do not forget to create a backup before updating.
We, as well as all other authors, don’t provide licenses for plugins which came with the theme, but you don’t need to activate them since they work without activation, take a look at this reply.

As I can see, all icons are there. Please clear all cache and check again. If it won’t help, go to Theme Options > Advanced, switch ON/OFF Optimize CSS size and save changes, it will regenerate CSS.

I have just updated Impreza theme to newest version and since that update all font awesome icons that I have on site dont show up. What is strange is that they dont show up on any page, but when I look at any page through preview mode – they do show up.

As I can see this issue isn’t related to Impreza directly, icons aren’t shown due to server security settings. Go to Settings > General and make sure you added leading https there, then go to Theme Options > Advanced, switch ON/OFF Optimize CSS size and save changes.

The images in the Creative Demo have been replaced with grey diamond logos. Only the revslider images appear to be in the wp-content/uploads folder after demo installation. Does the licensing for the restrict distribution of the images or is there a way to get the images to show up?

The images used on Impreza demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the download file. Though you can purchase images separately on Shutterstock, but usually, no one uses demo images on their real sites so it’s better to use your own images instead.

Can you please be more specific, which exactly search bar you are talking about? What exactly do you want to achieve? Most probably, you can create one more header with the desired layout and assign it to Portfolio pages at Theme Options > Headers.

Hey Customer Service, since the last Impreza Update we have a big problem in our widget libary from Impreza.
Every button wich was within the theme pack where our customer can choose to fast scroll to a new area of our landingpage creates the problem that our sliders will be hide after I put a second button in there.
I have really no idea whats the problem. We can’t start with our product in 4 days till the problem is there.

At the moment transparent header doesn’t provide this feature out of the box. We created the CSS Code Snippet that should resolve your issue, append it to Theme Options » Custom Code » Custom CSS:
