Hi – pre sales question. Your very first page is a split screen which lets buyers navigate between the various demos you offer. Is it possible to replicate that?
Lets say I have several versions of your theme running on a multisite, so one for my London conference, one for Dublin, one for Spain, can I have that split screen as the landing page which allows users to pick their city?

The theme does not use the latest version of Rapid Composer since RC introduced its own content elements which are in conflict with Eventim’s.
On the other hand, the functionality of the version which comes with the Eventim is identical to the functionality of the latest RC release.

Hi, I am really really struggeling to edit the eventim tabs container… My tab categories are fixed at the top of the image and I would really like to have a marge between the image border and the tab categories… also, I can’t figure out how to change the color of the text in the tab categories… the font color is the same as other titles on the page (black)... which is great, but as I whish to use a dark backrgound forthe tabs container, I want to change it into white. Please try adding the following CSS statements to Custom CSS field of Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel:

color: #ff0000 !important;
}
They should add the margin between the tab categories and the tab panels as well as change the font color on categories

Amzing template, one of the best you can find for events.

All shop archives display on top what the page which is set up as the front shop page has of content.
So what you are missing is the topmost section on your shop page. When you set it up all shop pages with the exception individual items will have it on top.

Hi There, just bought the theme for the corporate demo. unfortunately it does not work. i installed it on a clean install, with all the sugested plugins. The importer says that the import is finished but when i load the page, i only see the eventim loading logo. After that a white page with nothing… Please advise! Greetings Ferry

Eventim does not feature Custom Post Types such as event or city which gives you a lot of flexibility – all pages are static so you can pretty much use it for whatever you like including multiple cities.

I just wanted to leave a comment to say that I REALLY think you should add a confirmation warning to ‘BT Import’ especially if you notice non-default pages exist. In all fairness it was my fault, I should have read the entire page before clicking the .xml link, and my company should have had local backups. I just want to give you a feature request to fix this before other customers overwrite months of work. In my opinion you should have the .xml links be clearly labels “Overwrite all pages and posts and import ’...’.xml file” I honestly thought it was showing me two files that were going to be overwritten so I clicked the link to check which file it was. I truly don’t blame the author, like I said… I should have read more thoroughly and we should have backups but please consider updating this with a simple UX fix. I was able to restore from our host but it costs a significant amount of time and money to restore.
to be clear, I didnt purchase this theme on my account but on a company account. I just wanted to reach out to the developer so they can look into the UI/UX of BT Import

I bought a new license and the WooCommerce files are still with the old version.
In the WooCommerce system status, the current files are from version 3.0, but the files I downloaded with the new license are with version 1.6.4, 2.50, 2.0.0.

Please find the answers below:
1. All the pages you can see in the demo are static pages. This means that when you enter the new speaker you will not find speakers in your wp-admin. Instead you will have to create a new static page, copy the contents of the existing speakers page, modify the contents of that page and modify the layout if needed. This allows you greater flexibility – you do not have to have the same layout for all speakers, but requires a little bit more work on you side when entering the initial content.
2. The theme has css support for https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ Others would work as well, but you will probably have to adjust the look and feel so it aligns with the theme’s. Most of the third party plugins support visual customizations through plugin options.
3. Yes, it is editable only using Rapid Composer

The package in downloads section of your ThemeForest profile is the latest version of the theme. So please download it from there.
Once you download it, overwrite the theme files on your server and update the required plugins – you should be prompted to do this once the files are replaced.
If possible, backup your site prior to doing this, just in case…

All these rely on title attribute as content of the tool tip, or shortcode. Content elements such as section, column, header do not have title elements and also there is no way to wrap other content elements in a tool tip shortcode.
So what you are trying to do is, unfortunately, technically impossible out of the box. You would have to change both tooltip plugin code and markup of some of our content elements and this has to be done by experienced WP developer. Maybe you can try Envato Elements – https://elements.envato.com/

You need to find a tooltip plugin which will be triggered based on element’s class not based on shortcode. Also, if you want it on columns/sections, it has to support some other method for definition of tooltip content, not using title attribute.
Unfortunately, we were not able to find the plugin with such features.

If you want to do it globally – all subheadlines on all pages you should add the following css statements to Custom CSS field of Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel:
.header .btSubTitle {
font-size: 40px !important;
}
If you want to do it on specific header elements, please add the following css statements:
.myHeader .btSubTitle {
font-size: 40px !important;
}
and then add myHeader to Inline Style field of all desired headers.
