It is possible the page embedding(displaying) another website page? (not forwarding or link) If so, how can I do it?

I am not sure if i understood your query properly, you can not embed a page into a page in WordPress unless you are looking to use any 3rd party plugin, can you please open a support ticket and provide some more detailed info on your query so we can check this out for you and provide more detailed response.

Does anyone have problems with “Image frame” element in Fusion builder in Avada version 5.1.6. Once opened, it cannot be closed. Save and Cancel options don’t work?

Is it possible that you have updated your WordPress but you have not updated your theme as i can see, i will suggest updating your theme to our latest version that is 5.4 and 100% compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Regarding your query on PSD templates however we only have PSD template for our Avada Classic Demo as all other demos were created directly using our theme features and options and PSD files for them does not exist.

When I try to update from 5.0.6 to 5.4 I get problems updating fusion core and fusion builder.. Says that I need a higher version of the plugin is needed.

That might be due to an issue with the old plugins archive so can you please try and delete the Fusion Core and Fusion Builder folder from wp-content / plugins folder and than try to install the plugins again using the alternate method as mentioned here => http://bit.ly/2eahzvS

If you would be so very kind to click on the link of your changelog I quoted, you’d see that the latest changelog item is of 5.4 – December 19th, 2017 and your item area shows latest update is launched today (4th January 18), so we can suppose that is the latest and I’m referring to that (4th Jan) version’s changes… :-/

The changelog is up to date, the latest version of Avada is version 5.4. The date itself for the actual release was December 19th. The only reason why you see a date change is how Envato’s system works. For example, we just ended our sale yesterday an that required a re-submission to change out the sale info.

Hello, How long do I need to wait until the frontend page builder coming, It is frustrating when I use fusion builder after the affective of visual composer and beaver builder and others just for half of mile meter column’s position and unstopped refreshing, I’ve had enough。。。

Front End builder requires a lot of work actually and as much as we want to release it for our customers we need to make sure that everything is built and tested perfectly and that requires some time and effort, right now we can not provide any ETA for it however we can assure you it will be worth the wait.
Regarding Fusion builder we have heard nothing but praise from our customers, i am not sure about the issues you are facing with it regarding unstopped refreshing? can you please open a support ticket if you are facing any issues with Fusion Builder and we will check it out for you right away.

We do have a FlyOut menu as well which you can check in our demo here => http://bit.ly/2gbEqua however something exactly like that will require a bit of custom CSS work, we also have a sliding bar that you can use and link it to the Main Menu which you can check here => http://bit.ly/2Aiq9St
Try pressing the ”+” icon beside the menu so what you can do is put your menu there, you can put any widget you want there and that will work on sliding bar so you have more better opportunities when it comes to Avada

Yes, it is definitely possible to create a full screen video with sound in our theme, you can either use our Fusion Slider or also use our Container with the BG video option and set the Mute Option to NO as can be seen here in this screenshot => http://prntscr.com/hvuato

The theme won’t update from within the wordpress dashboard

Hello, can I use the theme in Multisite without buying an extended licence?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

After uppate the website to 5.4 a few issues came out!!! Logo is a broken image. Mi support expired. But to solve this issue asap ! please confirm how to proceed

We have no issue with logo in our latest version that is 5.4, please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing the issue or any custom CSS inside Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS Panel, double check by removing and adding the logos again once.

Hi Ammar, The issue persists. We didnt make any change so far. The problem appeared after the UPDATE. Is not Ethical that I must buy another support extension to solve an issue caused by the theme itself. Could please inform how to proceed?

I can totally understand your concern however we can assure you there is no issue with the logo being removed or broken in our theme after update or else we had hundreds of ticket about this particular issue so it must be something related to your setup, do you see any 404 error in console or something? can you show me a screenshot of the console area?
