We inspected theme options page and found out that you get 500 error. Thereby, some files don’t get loaded from server and page seems to be broken. Can you please check your apache server config and .htaccess file. They are common files that can have issues. Also please check server logs file. If you can show us server logs we could be able to help you

P.S. We also noticed that you have gzip disabled. It’s strongly reccomended to enable it. After enabling you site will load up to 3-5 faster.
