How can I change the font-size of the menu? Without changing the font of the body text?

Hello,

you can do that by adding this code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

#header nav #main-nav li a { font-size: 14px; }

14px is the current size.

Thank you.

Does it support Adsense? Does it come bundled with the application deadline feature?

Hello,

there is no point in built in adsense integration in a theme, it must be provided via plugin.

As well as Application Deadline also an optional plugin.

Thank you.

Hi- Problem is: Visual Composer Shortcode is showing in Frontend. Spoke to Wpbakery and they told me:

“The issue is because the job post type at your end: https://www.domain.de/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=job_listing cannot execute the shortcodes. The page builder plugin renders using the shortcodes. Since these are not executed, they are displayed in text format. You can get in touch with the theme/plugin developer which adds the job post type at your end to add it an ability to render the shortcodes, so that there is no such issue.”

Can you get in touch with me and help me to fix it fast? Cheers

Hello, please sorry for such a big delay. I just provided a solution via support system, which also be a part of nearest update. Thank you.a

Thank you.

Is posible to add an option to rate the candidates and companies with numbers or stars?

Hello, there is an addon called “Reviews for WP Job Manager”, check if its what you need. For the companies reviews – there is not separate post type for company, so only jobs possible to be rated in theory. Thank you.

Hello, can you please explain to me how to install the Theme bought here the Jobseek in Wordpress help please

Hello, there is a documentation file in the downloaded archive, please read it. If you have more question – please create a support ticket. Thank you.

Hey, we’ve been using your Theme v1.6 which included ‘CSSJockey > Membership Modules’, but since few weeks our new users are not getting confirmation emails. When we checked the ‘CSSJockey > Membership Modules’ it shows Purchase Code: Not Verified. (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ifzif9)

Can you please help on how to fix this?

Hello,

I don’t know what can cause such issue. Its really old theme version, we are not using Membership Modules for a very long period now. I don’t think this problem lies on theme side.

And for the plugins license – you can have it only if you buy a plugin, you can’t buy a theme and get license for all plugin included, its common for all themes which have bundled plugins: https://coffeecream.helpscoutdocs.com/article/53-theme-license-key-do-not-work-for-plugins

Thank you.

Hello!!

I have a new question

I want to add new fields in the “woocommerce” registration form. I have seen that with the “CSSJockey” plugin I can do it but it does not distinguish between users, they are all subscribers.

How can I add fields in the woocommerce registry including user roles? and how can I redirect to a specific URL to each user role “candidate and employer”?

Sorry for my english, thanks for your help!! Regards!

Hello, theme is not longer using CSSJockey plugin because of many issues it has. Adding fields to WooCommerce register form is possible with extra plugins or customization, there is no possibility to do this in theme. Thank you.

Hi,

I’m interested in your theme, but if it’s possible I would know :

- in the registration phase, I can put custom fields, along with those of default; - same thing for login; - there is a filter to find a Job and if yes, I can put custom fields for search; - there is any option for employer to pay the registration with paypal or any payment method; - the employer that add the job, may have job entry limits. (only 1 ads for example). - for employer it’s possible to broswe the candidates.

thank you!

Hello,

1) modifying the registration form is not something that can be a theme side functionality. You can do this with customization or extra plugins.

2) You can see a filter on jobs page, if you want custom fields here, it can be achieved with extra plugins – ACF or WP Job Manager Field Editor for custom fields and FacetWP for the custom filter (you can also see it in our demo).

3) Please read this: http://coffeecream.helpscoutdocs.com/article/98-charging-for-job-resume-postings-selling-plans-etc

4) Yes, its related to #3

5) Of course, anyone can browse them by default.

Thank you.

Thank you for quick reply.
  • With Simple Paid Listings there is annualy subscription? For example 199$ annualy with only one job entry
  • the any fields added with WP Job Manager Field Editor are connected to the fields of “ADD JOBS” and are filterable?
  • in page http://www.coffeecreamthemes.com/themes/jobseek/v2/post-a-job/ I can add my custom fields with WP Job Manager Field Editor?
  • thank you very much

    1) Simple Paid Listings is the simplest option, you can only set a price per each new listing added by employer. Nothing about time limitations or subscriptions. For more advanced payments check other 2 options.

    2) WP Job Manager Field Editor add fields to the registration form, but they are no filterable after that, you need to use FacetWP plugin to create configurable filter.

    3) If is exactly where it add these new fields.

    Thank you.

    Hi there!

    A few pre-sale questions:

    1. How customizable are the job filters?

    2. How much control does it have over job posting and setting the different pay structures? Can it be set for recurring payments where job posters can post a specific amount of listings per month based on their subscription level?

    3. Is it possible to charge job seekers as well, also in a recurring fashion and at various subscription levels?

    Thank you!

P.S. Your Pricing Table page on the demo appears to be displaying an error: Notice: WC_Cart::get_cart_url is deprecated since version 2.5! Use wc_get_cart_url instead. in /home/coffeec6/public_html/themes/jobseek/v2/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3839

    Hello,

    1) This page shows full filter functionality. You can only disable some fields, map etc. But there is no some flexible system to add some specific job parameters to it. You can do it with custom coding or with filer plugin like FacetWP.

    2) There are tow options for that – first addon, second addon.

    3) It may work the same way as #2 for employers, no difference.

Error is already fixed, soon we will update a theme.

    Thank you!

hi my hosting plan has max_exe_time : 30, can I install your theme with that plan ?

Hello, sure, 30 seconds is more that enough for normal site functioning. Thank you!

What do you mean by normal site?

30 second means the page processing time by your server. Usually it takes no more than 3 seconds for a usual site. It can take more for example if you import demo data, but usual visitor never wait more than 30 seconds. Also you can increase this value anyway with your hosting.

    Ok Sir,thanks for reply us.

Hi I am having a look at this, seems very nice. Could you confirm on find a job that google can see the listings, I did look at the source and believe they are viewable but just want to confirm.

Also I currently use apply with FB, Linkedin resumes, Ziprecruiter etc I assume these can still be used?

    Hello,

of course jobs are searchable by Google and other search engines.

There is an apply with Facebook addon, and for ZipRecruiter is a backfill addon.

    Thank you.

We would like to edit the layout for the “Job Summary” element to either indicate that this listing has a video or perhaps show the video in the summary listing. Can you tell us where/how to access this layout?

    Hello,

if you add a video link for a job, then its displayed right between job title and description, for me it sound exactly like that you need?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

My apologies, I don’t think I fully explained which layout I want to access. It is my understanding that there are three ways to display a job listing:

In the job board: Screenshot: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s23/sh/da60bdb7-6f0d-449b-83bc-55e06d047b80/07cdd837cd705a6d

In the featured listing: Screenshot: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s23/sh/a8eeee65-66fa-47f0-847e-aca24d5a5e3f/e851bb62817d8ea8

In the full job listing: Screenshot: https://integratedconnects.com/job/southbay-functional-medical-center-southbay-2-familyinternal-medicine-md-southbay-functional-medicine-clinic/

The video shows up in the full job listing which is what you were referring to in your response, I think, but we want it to also show up in the featured listing (Screenshot: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s23/sh/da60bdb7-6f0d-449b-83bc-55e06d047b80/07cdd837cd705a6d).

Can you tell us where/how to access the featured listing layout?

    Thank you!

    Hello, sorry for the delay.

But in this job list layout each item is really small to contain the video, how do you imagine it to look?

Its possible, but with some some PHP and CSS customization.

    Thank you.

Hi there for some strange reason when my blog page loads under each blog title it says “ERROR Sorry you do not have access to this page” how do I make this page visible to everyone?

Also when people post their CV I never receive any email notifications.

Could someone help me ASAP please.

    Thanks

    Hello,

this is something related to the theme. I can not remember anybody have such problem before. At least I need to see it and check WP dashboard to give you any idea.

For the CV notification – please check the “Notify Email Address(es)” field at Resumes > Settings > Resume Submission, out your email there. If it still will not work, then something is probably wrong with your server mail settings, do you receive any other notification from WordPress or from the site contact form? Again, its Resume Manager plugin work to send notification, theme has nothing to do about it. For any issues with it is better to ask WP Job Manager support because you that plugin from them.

    Thank you.

Hi there, I sent you a private message but never received a reply.

In regards to the blog page I really need that sorted ASAP! Could you please indicate where I should be writing you my login details?

For the CV notification, I don’t believe it has anything to do with my server mail because when people post their resumes I receive email notifications and from the website contact forms as well. I will notify the plugin developer for that.

I Look forward to your reply.

    Hello,

each item page on ThemeForest has Support tab where you can read about support details. Here is our site: https://coffeecream.helpscoutdocs.com/ In the menu you can see “Create support ticket”. Please create a ticket and post your site URL.

Also, you can do one test – switch theme to a default WP theme for a moment and reload blog page to see if this “ERROR Sorry you do not have access to this page” message is still there. If it is, then it comes from somewhere else, theme is not an issue here. Still, I can check that in this case for you but also need then a WP dashboard details, which you can leave in support ticket.

    Thank you.

    Hi

I have an issue with an events calendar plugin which is showing as DN_T when viewing our a clients site on mobile. The provider Stachetheme has responded with the following.

“Looking at the html again. Some script of yours is duplicating the tables and is adding classes “stacktable small-only” and “stacktable large-only”.

This is not part of our plugin.

    I’m sending you screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1B32-K3qthrzmOZ4yKj-NO8jCETf26vBw/view?usp=sharing

I’d suggest you to contact your theme developer or site administrator to check this out. These classes are part of your theme’s style.css so I guess the script is coming from the theme.”

Could you confirm if this issue lies with the theme and how to correct please, as this urgently needs to be fixed.

    Thanks

    cbwd

    Hello,

please make this change. Go to theme folder jobseek/js/main.js. In that file there is a line:

    $('table').not('.woocommerce-checkout-review-order-table').stacktable();

    change it to:

    $('body.woocommerce table').not('.woocommerce-checkout-review-order-table').stacktable();

This should fix the problem. It will be also part of the coming update so you are save to edit the theme file, change will not be lost.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Are the PSD files come with the package?

    Kind regards,

    Naoufal Aobali

Hello, no its not. Thank you.

Hello! I need one neccessary info: Where can i change the button-links ? They are faulty and the support doesn´t answer me! Maybe look here: https://www.jobhopper.de/submit-resume/

Hello, sorry for the delay, we just back from holidays.

I see the first Register button (the one not in the border box), but I can not remember such button in plugin functionality, did you added it by yourself? The button in the border box works as it should.

    Thank you.

Does you theme has Email push notification for subscribers selecting specific job category & location Or Do we need to buy extra plugin for that ?

Hello, no there is no such thing in the theme. All such features must be provided as plugins. As I know, there is no special addon fro WP Job Manager to achieve this, but I think you can find and setup some other plugin for that. Thank you.

    Hello

After updating to version 2.6.3, the mobile menu on iPhone 7 and 8 is not displaying correctly. Would you please check at your end, you might need to release an update to fix this issue.

    Best regards

Hello, do you have the widgets in sidebar set with filters? Also, do you have facets setup in the FacetWP settings? If both are “yes” – click the Re-index button in the settings page of FacetWP. It will be better if you can contact us via support an provide an access to your site. Thank you.
