Hi i have facing issue with Spark WP theme :Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work. To fix it you can: 1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true. .,,,please anybody can help. ?

Hello, can you please update the theme to work with the latest version of Visual Composer? I tried upgrading VC to the latest version (5.4.5), but there it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the theme (when I go to add new widgets via the page builder backend, the page elements don’t show up as they should).

I have my own license for VC, so like I said, I tried updating to the latest version of VC, but when I did there is a conflict with a theme. The conflict doesn’t show up on the front end, but if you update to the latest version of VC then try adding new VC elements when building a page in the backend, you’ll see what I mean. Please check and update the theme to work with the latest version of VC.

I don’t think that’s the issue. VC comes up just fine, but here’s a screenshot showing the problem (Mikado customized VC elements don’t show normally…icons are not showing): https://imgur.com/a/YegF7
Have you tried updating to VC 5.4.5 on your server with Sparks theme version 1.1.2? You should see the same thing…
Btw – Just for fun, I did also tried addingSubstituteMaxLineLength 10m
after the
# END WordPress
line, but it resulted in a 500 error, so I got rid of it.

Don’t be worry about this issue with icons. Minor css code will fix this. We added it in our css and it will be part of next update.

We are using our Advanced Vertical Slider on this page where you are adding image and background image and inside it we added text blocks and buttons as you could see from here https://www.screencast.com/t/CAUYlHjWv
So, page template is Full Width and you are added desired stuff under shortcode settings.

hmmm, thanks, I’m not sure, if I understand your screenshot we can choose a sreen for the mobile and a background image, but we can’t have a laptop instead the phone.

1. Plugins is included and you don’t need to buy it, but end users cannot have extended license from author for included plugins. That is normal and according to Envato rules. To remove search, you need to remove search widget from header widget area from WordPress back end > Appearance > Widgets.

I changed the URL of my wordpress under general—> settings and made sure it was www.socialgrow.com.au not just socialgrow.com.au and it has fixed the issue

There appears to be a problem with the theme’s built-in Frame Slider widget on Chrome. There is far too much space between the bottom of the phone frame and the pagination dots and it’s causing an issue with how the content after it is displaying on our site. I checked the demo page and the issue is appearing there as well (App Presentation home demo). Please advise.

Slider appears fine on our side https://www.screencast.com/t/w4CZZQzX . If you think that there is a problems, please write to our support and provide a link to your website so they can inspect element, and they will provide you with a css fix if spacing or anything else needs to be adjusted.

Hi I opened support ticket but never got reply. I tried to import demo content multiple times, modified php.ini but every time the progress is stuck at 20% or 50% even if I wait for 15 hours, and data was only imported partially. Also it doesn’t import revolution slider slides.

This is normal since sliders are not being imported with demo content, you should do that manually.
Search the whole directory you’ve downloaded from Theme Forest for folder named revslider, there you will find all slider demos. Then go to Slider Revolution > Import and import them all to achieve the same look you see at our demo site.
