2) is there and area where the SITE ADMIN can charge users a % for site rentals. for example: i put my vehicle up. then someone rents it for $100. ADMIN needs to be able to charge all users a (EX: 5% Admin fee for site us. transaction)

When someone confirms the order, then the car will be unavailable on the calendar. Then the other user can’t reserve the car until it is available.

Hi, I am interested to purchase your theme, but I have a couple question: 1. when a customer is ready to rent a vehicle through the booking form, would it be confirmed that the vehicle is available? Or Will the customer need to wait on a response from the site owner to confirm the booking?
2. will a booking calendar be updated through the booking or will it need to be updated manually?
3. Can the site owner add manual booking into the calendar, if for example he get a booking via phone?
4. What payment gateways are available?

1) A customer can have a look at the calendar and check the date is available or not when he is ready to rent.
2)It will update automatically.
3)Yes, he can block dates of the calendar from the backend in the situation of booking via phone.
4) Payments gateways are as same as WooCommerce Default Plugin.

- We need a way to see the ongoing rentals of the month. It seems that’s what the RnB calendar does, am I right?
- We need a multilingual website but do not want to use WPML. Do PolyLang or Loco Translate may help?
- It seems the theme doesn’t have a lot of elements and styles. Can we modify some styles like overall colors and reorder elements?

For example:
Case 1: A car is rented for 3 hours: from 13pm to 16pm. Total Price is 100 €
Case 2: The same car is rented the same day and the same number of hours, but this time from 18pm to 21pm. Total price in thise case is 150€

Right now this feature is not available in rental plugin. You have to customize the rental plugin for this type of pricing plan.
