Hi, i just bought your theme. However, i am having a challenge installing the Radio Station demo. I have have installed Sonik and Sonik Child on Wordpress and those worked but none of the demo files are working. Please help!
Hello, how are you installing the demo?
Through the word press click and drag option. I unzip the “themeforest-16691545-sonik-responsive-music-wordpress-theme-for-bands-djs-radio-stations-singers-clubs-and-labels” go to 3. Demo Contents then take the zip file from demo 3 – radio station folder and drag it into wordpress. It doesn’t work.
Please note that Sonik is a very powerful theme, unlikely many other cheap products on the market, this theme allows you to achieve tons of different special functions, for this reason, is very recommended to read the manual in order to onjoy its entire potential and create your stunning website.

Hi guys, just bought the theme and I love it 
However, I do have a bug I’d like to report with the theme, but it seems I cannot ACTIVATE an account in your support system to do so..
When I register an account at your support site, the activation e-mail is NOT sent. When I go to forgot password and enter my username I get this error: ‘The email could not be sent. Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.’
This means I can get no support

Hi, we know an update on the WooCommerce template is needed for latest version, we still didn’t declare its compatibility and is recommended to check the compatibility page on the theme description details before updating, this is what it is made for. The update is not ready yet and you should downgrade WooCommerce to previous version, which possibly will require a backup restore of your site.
I’m sorry but we are not responsible for what happened as we declare compatibility with a working WooCommerce version while you updated without checking.
The best recommendation now is to restore a backup from yesterday and wait for the theme update to come out.
No issues are related with the new WordPress itself, which should work fine.
Just for the other customers reading, what broke your site was a wrong WordPress configuration, as you mentioned in the forum, the URL of your site was wrong.

I have a band website and I’ve been able to set up a few test tracks to be purchased and downloaded. When a user is on a desktop the checkout and download page work great, and the computer asks the user if they want to save their music to iTunes, or save it elsewhere. However, on mobile devices it just plays the track on a “live broadcast” and doesn’t ask the user if they way to save the track. I’m using WooCommerce, Stripe payments and the theme Sonik. Has anyone had this issue or know a solution? Thanks.
Hi, this is pure “device” dependent, the download is just a link to the pure mp3 file. The control over the action belongs totally to the mobile operative system and we can’t change it, i’m sorry.

Hi, they are already in queue to be added but for the moment they are not there. The only option you have is to use an “unused” social icon, upload somewhere an image of your social and via CSS use it as background for this “unused placeholder” icon.

It should have been out this week, but we have a new theme almost ready and we are a bit late on the development so it has been delayed as there are no critical issues to hotfix on Sonik.
The new theme is already under approval and we are fixing the latest bugs, it’s ajaxed as Vice and Slam, but with Visual composer and so many more functions (inc video background and a revolutionary realtime audio analyzer). You’ll love it 
Live Broadcast Before buying your theme i would know if it contains a live broadcast plugin, so the admin can broadcast song and speak (live) .

Love the theme, but one urgent issue is after the latest update, the menu on mobile stopped working. Please fix ASAP!
Note, I updated to the latest version via the “SONIK Theme Updater” within wordpress itself. Current version listed there is 1.6
hello, mobile menu is actually working fine in current version, this is a screenshot taken 1 minute ago from the latest version (https://imgur.com/a/rDk9H). BtW the current version should be 1.6.1. It looks that themeforest never published the latest update. I’m now going to personally upload again the latest version. Please check the updater or the product page within a couple of hours. Thanks
The menu does work now, but only on swipe. Tapping on the hamburger menu doesn’t open the menu (which I feel like it should).
Hi, this sounds strange, do you see same thing in our demo themes?
On the demo theme, it opens when I tap it, but then I can’t close it. If I click on a link, it loads in the background, but the menu still doesn’t close. I’m on an iPhone 8 running iOS 11

I first tried to tap on the “hamburger” icon, and you’ll see that nothing happens. Then I swipe in from the side, and the menu appears (though if I try and swipe on the hamburger icon, nothing happens, only if I swipe above or below it)
Once I load a new page, I cannot open the menu anymore, as swiping in from the left causes me to try and go back a page instead of opening the menu.

You can easily fix this by creating with Photoshop a PNG of the title and uploading it in the customizer, so it will adjust in mobile and the issue will fix.
Ah, that fixed it. Well, I guess create a bug report for text based logos breaking mobile menus. Creating the png works, but it should work just fine either way.

hello, I see it good, maybe you had to save again the settings in the customizer? Because the latest Wordpress udpate involved a total change in the customizer and we updated the theme to follow it. it’s possible that Wordpress itself is not able to access the old customization settings correctly and it requires to be saved again.

Hello, please let me explain myself more clearly: with the latest wp version, the color picket in the customizer has been changed. In order for it to work, we had to update the theme and the plugins (specially extension suite).
In the new WP 4.9, the customizations are handled in a complete other way, it means that is possible that you need to go in the customizer, check all your color settings, try to change them, save, and see the frontend.
If you see any glitch, please reset them, save, then set them again and save again. This will fix.
I cant select anything its stuck on the “Menu background” in colors customization wont let me select anything else.

Yes, you update the theme, then you go in Plugins and you get a notification at the top of the screen, or inline to the QT Extension Suite plugin, you’ll see a link for the update.
On my Wordpress There are no updates to the theme or its plugins everything on worpress and Envanto Market tells me its all up to date
