It looks one click demo is not installed properly so some pages are missing. Please do one more time one click demo which will import missing pages, slider etc. (Sometime due to internet speed fluctuation or less server execution time creates this issue).

Hi, I have updated the theme, however, I can see WPBakery Visual Composer did not update automatically. Does this need to be done in another way? I have version 5.2.1 installed however can see version 5.4.5 is available.

You can update WPBakery Visual Composer by click on top notice box “Begin updating plugin/s” link. This will display inbuilt plugin update page. If this notice box is not displaying then you can view by deactivate-activate KidsWorld theme.

We just uploaded latest version which has latest version of Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page builder.
We tried to get tab elements like default page builder tab elements but both scripts are diff. so it is not possible to add it like default element.
You can enable default page builder tab elements from below path which will show all elements and you can use plugin’s Tab element to add content with drag and drop
Admin > WPBakery Page Builder > Theme Settings > Remove Default Elements – Uncheck this option.

I have products that have resources that are a drop down field. I would prefer it to be a radio button. I have tried plug ins and tried to find code that would change it but none seem to work with the theme. Please can you help.

Can you tell me what is wrong with the top plot I made? Why won’t it show anything?
We can see php function code is added. Please don’t do copy past but add manually any content otherwise it will break HTML codes and display blank or crate other errors.
Do right click on content area and then click on”View Page Source” link of right click menu and you will see this code in content area after “kidsworld_page_content” class div.
I’m not that good at it like, you might be noticed, but what should I do exactly if I want this on the top of this page?
Go to dagligdagen page edit and then open edit element in which you added this text and delete those php code text.

It is php code which you can’t add it inside html content. You have to use php files like header.php, footer.php (as your own risk because it can break code and theme structure if it is not added properly or code has any bug).
How am I sure that I put in a place without breaking the already existing code?
If you want to add php/html code in theme’s main file like header.php, footer.php etc. then it requires basic skill of php/html or you can hire good developer for custom work.
How do I get different subheaders on each page?

That size seems to small when I just plug in the picture as a sub header. Some of the background in the sub header are green.

In page metabox “Sub Header Styles” option – “Background Attachment” – dropdown was set with “Fixed” image which required “2500×2000” image size. Fixed = image will not scroll when we scroll page so it requires full height image. We changed to “Scroll” to display background image and move it with page scroll.

Please read our previous reply, you have to select “Scroll” instead of “Fixed” in “Background Attachment” dropdown of “Sub Header Styles” option meta box.
I tried that, but I still have troubles with the size.

You can crop top and bottom part of sub header image and then add more top and bottom padding to increase sub header height. This will help to display middle kid can be visible. If you want to all three kids visible then you have to increase more height which is not good because it will slow page speed.
You can add medium size thumbnail or banner in content area where all kids are visible and add content. ( width 1200px and height as per image ).
Now I get it to look kinda like a want, but when I look from the phone there is not much of the picture left. What can I do?

Hi, I’m configuring the theme and until now everything looks fine.
The only thing it’s not ok is that I already updated the theme (version 2.4.6) but still showing the message to update some plugins: “the following plugins need to be updated to their latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Revolution Slider and Visual Composer.” Could you send me the files separately to update only the plugins or there is another way? One more thing, the template is compatible with Yoast SEO? Thanks and hoping to hear from you soon. Fernanda

You have to update both plugin by click on “Begin updating plugin” link which is in top notice/message box bottom left side. When you click on this link then you will find both plugins update, check both checkboth and select update from down to update both plugins.

What have I done wrong or?
I want it to be like a mosaic, where it looks smooth with the pictures next to each other.
You are not using steps as per our suggestion but direct using shortcodes. Please use Page Builder section and then add gallery. Theme has “masonry” style image gallery feature. We resend you email which has details with screenshot to use theme gallery.
I checked your gallery page and it don’t have that shortcode in page builder element. You have to use WPBakery Page Builder Elements List and click on Gallery from that list (as per screenshot) and then add thumbnails in opened popup of Gallery. I resend that email so you can get that element list and popup details.
I got it to work now! I just forgot to plot in pictures the right place haha Thank you for your patience!

You can load images fast with several steps.
1) Use our gallery plugin from Page Builder as per given screenshot of today email.
2) Use image size compress plugin to reduce image size. This is suggested plugin which we use in our websites to load images fast: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/
3) Use cache plugin after completion of all content adding work. ( last step after finishing website customization work).

When I upload a retina logo it looks compressed on my phone. How can that be? I made the normal logo 100×100 and the retina 200×200 as it seems to be recommended in another topic I found.
Issue is fixed. Logo has too small width so it was stretching with default settings which is normally 240px.
Please use our gallery shortcode which is included with theme shortcode plugin. Current gallery is another plugin gallery which we can’t help to make it fix as per diff. code.
Which gallery plugin is yours then? And can I get the mosaic function?
