Installed the theme but receiving the following message for the following 4 plugins: QT ContactForm, QT Places, Theme Core Plugin and WP Bakery Visual Composer.
Message – Plugin not activated. A higher version of QT ContactForm is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

In order to enable WPBakery Page Builder for post or events you have to go on your backend and then Visual Composer -> Role Manager and on the Post types drop-down select Custom. Now you are able to select which post type have the builder enabled on. Check the image below.

It seems you didn’t set up properly the Google Maps API Key in QTPlaces plugin. Could you check it, please?

I bought your theme few days ago but i have problem with installing a one plugin. QT ContactForm. I got this message in Dashboard:
“Preuzimanje paketa za postavljanje sa http://www.themes2go.xyz/plugins_repo/lifecoach/qt-contactform-1.3.zip… Preuzimanje nije uspelo. Not Found Plugin not activated. A higher version of QT ContactForm is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin. TGMPA v2.6.1 Return to Required Plugins Installer”
It is only plugin that I have problem with.
What to do ? My WordPress in on Serbian language, that reason for this unknown words.
And on a contact page i got this message:
“Please activate QT Contactform plugin to use this function.”
So I am in kind of loop.

Thx a lot. Now is all fine about that plugin. I have one more problem. I add some social network links in Social network profiles, but they doesn’t appear at all. I expect them in top right corner, but they are not there. Please help me about that.
Hello! In order to see the social icons in the top right corner you have to enable the secondary menu: you can find under Appearance -> Customize -> Header

In order to fix the cut off of your letters just add extra padding to the hero box via Visual Composer. Just see the image below.

Also when going to your site trying to log in, I forgot the password and requested a new one be sent and I NEVER get the email.
Hello warriorwealthsolutions, Woocommerce doesn’t include the feature you are requesting. By the way, you can search online for some Woocommerce extra plugins.
Concerning the helpdesk mail issue, we’ve experienced some trouble with spam in the past days but now all should work fine.
Try to search the mail in your spam folder and let me know if is all ok.

When I originally bought this, I thought I saw a button that would have you help install the theme for a fee. I have everything installed but when I try to install the demo 2 – woo commerce, or demo 1, I get a fatal error. I don’t have time to set this up, I just need to get a complete demo site that I can customize. I already deleted the site, started from scratch, and got the same error when I got to the demo install. Please help!

Hello! You don’t need to activate visual composer because it comes bundled with the theme for free. We’ve purposely disabled the frontend editor in order to have the best performance with our theme while editing.

why would your purposefully disable the FRONTend? it is called “VISUAL” composer so that you can actually see what you are doing wiht the WYSIWIG.
Seems counterintuitive and totally slows down our overall development time on the template.
This is very simple: our theme adds special functionalities to visual composer that doesn’t work with frontend editor because of how visual composer is made. Frontend editor is an option, and Visual composer exists since much before frontend editor was built, which makes pointless your observation that is called visual composer for the frontend editor.
In fact visual composer authors added an explicit possibility for developers to disable the function because they know that some custom element may not work on that new system. We simply used this option to prevent customers see broken elements in frontend.
This is a Visual composer issue for us, not a theme problem.
Knowing what is the reason, we can tell you how to re-enable it, but as you left a bad rating I think you may eventually want to go for a refund instead: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
PS sorry I forgot to tell you, to enable the frontend you can comment or delete this line of code from functions.php
vc_disable_frontend();
but on some elements you may experience some visual glitches, mostly with the carousels.
