Expiration Date On Renewal Email says Expire Date: January 1, 1970 12:00 am for every person who’s listing expires. I am using the %expiredate % in email. The expiration date is set up on individual users package on unique dates; why is the default expire date january 1 1970?

I have a few pre-sale questions:
1. Is it possible to add custom category structures, i.e. Continent -> Country -> Type (Producer/Processor/Distributor, etc)?
2. Is it possible to add custom search fields – Producer, Processor, Distributor, Broker, etc.?
3. Can featured listings only be displayed in their category? For example featured Distributor listings will only search when browsing the Distributor category or searching for Distributors?
4. Is it possible to search for multiple categories in the search field? For example show all Producers and Processors in France + a search keyword (the commodity)?
5. Is it possible to only add featured listings on Google Maps?
6. Is it possible to combine various modules from your different demos? For example an advanced search bar over a Google Maps background.
7. Is it possible to integrate a “Send message” button (and form), either through your theme or a third party plugin, instead of showing an email address on the listing? This would be using my website’s mailing server.

Great theme.
I have a question. In PF Item Grid Static – I select Randomize Results, the results are random but the results are similars.
For example If I have 100 results the first 10 are random, but the result three dont aparear in position 80 or 90. Always the elements are in similiar positions.
Can the results are more random?

Ok. I solved this. I have changed the wp_query with the parameter $args [‘orderby’] = ‘rand’; And the rand its really random. Thanks

Per example, I dont want a related “product” based on similarity but a product list based on geo-localisation.
Also, is it possible to use the localization of the visitor with something similar of the Geolocation API in html 5
I understand theses options are not on the theme. but with some modification can I, or a good developer, make theses options available with few modifications ?

Hello, you can’t get a direction if direction contain transit ( flight ) or direction non available on directions API. Then you should use google map link for see direction on google map.

Hi there! I really like this particular theme, and am one step closer to making a final purchase – but I have some questions first.
1. Is the header area customizable? I would like to be able to set it up so that my company logo overhangs the body content about 40px, even when scrolling down the page – would this be possible? 2. Would it be possible to setup a megamenu in the footer of the site? 3. Would it be possible to have a coloured bar sit under each menu header once I have landed on each page (to let users know which page they are on) 4. For the listing pages – would it be possible to add a logo area for each company within the information area?

Before bying your theme I want ask you some questions that are very important for me and my business. So that you understand, I want to build with your theme multilanguage site of listings, that will be in three languages. So, that questions: 1. Does your theme (and additional plugins) have complete support WPML multilanguage plugin, that allow me translate all materials to another languages? “All materials” I mean not only pages, blog, but first of all – places, packages, listings, and all content types what are related to listings. Tell me please how theme support this feature and give me samples of multilanguage sites, that are created in your theme.
2. If default user can create listings in any language (of cource if I translate all materials and pages for it in WPML)?
3. Also I want such feature so that the default user, who entered the site and created the listing, if possible, could translate it into other languages. (I see it as simple button, or link – “Translate your listing”, that may be in user cabinet page). It will be very good if default user can do this without administrator. If your theme support this feature, or you plan to do such thing in your theme?
4. After buying your theme, will I be able to refund if the theme is not right for me?

Hi Webbu this is a great listing theme but I have a question. As your theme has featured option is it possible to create featured plans for example Featured for 30 days $10, Featured for 6 months $25, Featured for a year $30? It boring to keep on renewing to be featured after 30 days if client want to be featured for long term.

Hello, you can offer featured listing duration, same with listing duration. It is limited with listing duration and you can’t define 2 different time limit.

1) How set visibility of listing type category at membership user ? Example: i have set 3 listing type category (Listing Type A, Listing Type B, Listing Type C) and for example 4 member (user a, user b, user c, user d). I want that user a can view only Listing Type A and can not view Listing Type B, C,D. I want that user b can see only Listing Type B. How can do this? thanks
