Just did the latest update and confirmed what I saw in another comment.
After updating, there are now a total of four (4) logos showing in the header instead of one. There’s no cache on my website. I tried hard refreshing the browser, and the multiple logo problem remains.
However it appears to show this problem in only Firefox and Chrome. Safari shows one (1) logo like it should. Not sure what’s wrong here.

We can assure you there is no such issue at all with our latest version, however there are somethings that you need to check once.
1. Make sure you are not editing logo.php file inside the child theme, if you are please use the latest version files and edit them.
2. Please clear your browser / plugin / server cache once and check again in incognito window in chrome and see if that helps.

I want to ask you something before you buy it.
I currently have an installed web site. I would like to first set up a domain called www.sitename.com/test.
After I have done the necessary edits, I want to switch to www.sitename.com.
Does the reference code that I use here in the first domain also work in the second domain?
Can I confirm the reference code only once?

You can definitely use the same code on both domains because the other one is simply a test domain, however once you are migrated properly you need to remove the code / token from older domain and only keep it running on your main domain

Avada have a lot of template/themes, if i buy the regular license, do i need to choose 1 template/themes and use it forever, or in the future i can change to another template/themes?

All of our demos you see there are FREE to use and when you purchase Avada you get all of them, however they need to be imported using our Demo Import Tool so yes you can import and use any demo you want, you do not have to choose at the time of purchase, you only get our main Avada theme and demo import can be done after installation and can be changed later on whenever you want to

Basically the typography settings in our theme are controlled globally so in order to set the font size you need to go to Avada > Theme Options > Typography > Header Typography

Bought your them 2 yr back and still I am using it. In the new theme there is an error.
if you use header version 4 and make header section as banner then the portolio and testimonials will never work. this is a big error. conflict b/w header and fusion core. hope you can resolve it.

A developer added some custom stuff on my Avada theme, is there a way to pass that custom content to Avada Child? I tried to updated Avada theme, and since the custom content is on Avada theme it looks weird. Luckily I made a backup first. So is there a way to pass that custom content to Avada Child?

Well, when I initially purchased this theme it was useless because there was alot more design limitations then I had believed. At that time I had a site fully designed in advance and was trying to match it using Avada which isn’t the best idea. Even support couldn’t help.
So this time I’m trying to use it on a site that I’m designing as I go with the options that are available to me. Having alot better of success though I’ve done about a page or so of custom css.
The problem I see… and I could be blind… is that you can’t use page builder to create a single blog post template. You can use page builder on each individual blog post I believe… but I don’t want to manually alter every individual blog post. I want to have a design that applies to all like a template.
You can use the page builder options at the bottom of a page or in Avada options for single blog posts but again… that limits you to not being able to build what you want. For instance… on my homepage I have a more complete sidebar that displays via the pagebuilder widget on desktop devices. Then I have a different sidebar via pagebuilder widget that displays on small and medium devices. I want that same thing for all my individual blog posts. But the only way to do it is via matching the media queries in custom css which kinda takes away from keeping as much as possible being done from the theme and pagebuilder. I also can’t add the rest of the pagebuilder elements to the top of my page (above the blog post) like I would want too because I’m just limited to the pagebuilder options and avada options rather then the page builder itself.
I’ve tried to create a page, change my blog post setting to utilize that page in the wp settings, then customize that page with pagebuilder but it doesn’t work. It locks you out of pagebuilder. So unless I’m missing something… there is no way to use the actual pagebuilder to build a template for all single blog posts which means a ton of page template and css edits via a child theme which takes away a lot of the point of purchasing the theme 
Also, it really stinks that you have to use !important tags on pretty much every item in the child css file to make it take effect. Hope you find a solution around that issue as I’ve seen many others in the support area hitting this problem.

The Fusion Builder, Theme Options and Fusion Page Options are used to set up and create layouts and content within pages/posts. The Fusion Builder is not used to generate actual page/post templates. This is how it works with any WordPress theme.

If you want to add sidebars and have the assigned globally to posts you do so via the Theme Options -> https://d.pr/i/4lnfDz
If you want to change out sidebars on a post by post basis you do so via the Fusion Page Options (per post, and this overrides the Global Settings from the Theme Options) -> https://d.pr/i/heWdwL
If you want to display sidebars on a post by post basis, but have the choice of what sidebar content to display based off of the mobile visibility options -> https://d.pr/i/c7DAz9 – then you need to use the Fusion Builder Global Elements method -> http://bit.ly/2rmY9w1
With this you can create one container, to it add a widget ready area, then to that add sidebars and choose what is shown on small screen/medium screen/large screen as per the settings
You create a saved Global Element once, deploy it as many times on as many posts as you wish and only have to edit one instance, for all to be affected

What do you mean by ‘above the blog post’? The Fusion Builder cannot edit templates, it is not meant to do that. Are you trying to add something to the header? Or between the header and the post content? Editing post/page templates on the fly is not how WordPress, WordPress themes or content builders, work.

Actually that is not he case at all. If you edit any Container, Column, Element etc within the theme you will see this -> https://d.pr/i/Ue6vcn
The CSS Class and CSS ID fields are specifically created so that you can assign unique monikers to each, to allow your CSS to take precedence over theme inherent CSS and that means that you do not ever have to use !important precedence for your custom CSS

- They are there. Just under whatever username I setup on your support site. I think blue_vision was my name. Regardless, I’ve moved on past that theme. It was so customized we ended up creating our own underscores theme and abandoning the mobile version temporarily while we finish building the desktop theme.
re: widgets
- Fusion Builder Global Elements was exactly what I needed! I created a widget areas for mobile and desktop versions as instructed and put the shortcodes in the text widget. Then enabled that new sidebar area globally in the Avada Theme Options for blog posts etc. Awesome!
re: What do you mean by ‘above the blog post’?
I’m not trying to edit the actual wordpress templates. I’m using the “templates” word loosely as-in I don’t want to manually add something to every post I make. Like in the case of the widgets above except you shown me how to use the global option which fixed that
In this case I’m wanting to design the individual blog post pages in the same fashion as we did widgets above keeping them all the same unless I needed to over-ride an individual post in the future. The “above the blog post” is actually inside the post-content div like a fusion builder page would usually do (it would be fine if it was a different div or header but that’s what avada gives me to work with so that’s fine). But I don’t want to enable fusion builder on every blog post I create and then add that global element to be inserted above the post.
Maybe this is easy to do and I’m misunderstanding or maybe it’s impossible.
I guess in my imagination you could have Avada theme options include a widget area in the header or something that could be globally enabled or disabled. OR if I could just use the global container shortcode and echo it in child theme templates. I don’t know… somehow something like this seems achievable without having to manually code it but I’m not sure how.

I clearly said I love it “Thanks, I love the theme… but I’m either misunderstanding or hoping you fine tune a couple aspects if possible.”. BUT, I’ve already dished out a bunch of money for the theme on my last project and it didn’t work out for me at all. It felt like a total loss. Now, I’m trying to make sure initial setup is going to work out ok before I fork out another $42 for the support required to submit a ticket again. I hope you understand. I’m not trying to be cheap but I don’t want to waste more money either. Once I get a couple more things sorted out then I’ll purchase support again and proceed from there if I need help.

Thank you for the reply and the info. I located one support ticket (August 2017) for this username -> blue_vision – and having checked it thoroughly, I can see that Shamider was highly detailed in his replies to you and even provided screencast videos of what he had set up for you.
Taking a look at the screenshots you provided in that ticket, of what you needed to achieve at that time, that layout can easily be set up with Avada. The only things I can see that would need some CSS or the slider images to be designed as such, is the curvature at either end -> https://d.pr/i/GaZr8E

Right now these are the areas you can assign widgets to in Avada -> http://bit.ly/2mWpfop – If you want to set this up for say the header, I recommend using the corresponding Avada Hook and a child theme -> http://bit.ly/1l2r8gW
Doing that will allow you to output your Global section and ensure that you do not loose that customization whenever you update the theme going forward

I don’t know why we are still talking about this old ticket but…
Support was detailed and attempted to be helpful but to be honest I never understood what the guy was talking about. Neither did my developer that I tried to pass the Avada project off too at that time. Above, I said what I was trying to do with the theme wasn’t possible with Avada because support stated this:
“The background is a limitation not by Avada, but this is actually more of geometric limitation that will happen in any situation no matter which theme or format we build the site with.”
Although the things he was doing attempted to be helpful and was very detailed… the demo he setup for me was not fully what I was trying to achieve by design and he was stating that the limitation was not by Avada but in any situation or theme. Honestly… again I wasn’t even sure what he was talking about except some aspect of my design was not going to happen with Avada. Again, his demo did not do exactly what I was trying to do or match the design exact so he tried… but it was a no-go which was why I gave up in that ticket.
The developer I hired after that ensured me that it wasn’t impossible at all and did it all via CSS I believe. That was the cheapest and easiest thing of the whole custom theme we ended up doing honestly but yet with Avada it was confusing and I was being told of some “limitation”.
Obviously you guys care and are passionate about your product. If I felt support didn’t care back then I wouldn’t be trying to build this new site with the theme now. Maybe it was my fault for mis-understanding or maybe it was his for trying the wrong approach. I don’t know. But I’m happy that what I’m trying to achieve now has been a little bit of a learning curve but worth it. I believe I’ll be able to build more of my future sites with your theme alot faster and cheaper then other themes out there or building from scratch when that’s sometimes overboard.

Hi. I have problem with change languages in AVADA. I translate in poedit save file po and mo. I uplod this files to theme/languages But some parts in woocommerce is still in English.

Hi, I have a conflict between Avada 5.4.1 and WPML Multilingual CMS 3.9.1, just activated the plugin disappears from the menu (only in the main language), the voice “Fusion Slider”. Seeing the site (in the main language version), escaping the logo and viewing the fusion sliders, it does not happen if I choose the other language instead. How to solve? thanks Z.
