Hi kasenga! I think this is a wrong report or something has infected this file (even if I think this is not possible, really). This is one of the original files of the super popular Visual Composer plugin (not our addons), this mean about 350.000 should have this problem. Can you please ask more precise infos? In case we can report to WPBakery (VC authors).

Ok we’ll inform you if we have other reports, at least you can try to locate this file on your server (/wp-content/plugins/uncode-js_composer/assets/lib/bower/ace-builds/src-min-noconflict/ace.js) and re-upload (maybe was corrupted), otherwise ask your host more infos. I don’t know if WPBakery will support without the purchased badge (the plugin is packed with the theme and you are free to use but you don’t have your own license). Anyway a quick search on Google produces a few reports.

It happened like 3-4 days ago… didn’t instaled nothing I think… I simply can’t save, don’t see some stuff in VC but in the preview, i can see, if I add themeplate which I created, it won’t show in VC. Dont know what`s wrong… it`s weird i know

What happen if you re-create this section in another page? This is a problem that affect only this section in this page or you have the same problems also in other pages?
That’s the problem, what affects every page. I just can’t save any updates on the page and it`s pretty odd. Tried everything but it still doesn’t work. Don’t know what to do anymore… As a non-expert, i don’t know, how to solve or try to solve this problem. Host says that the did not update anything.

Hi danzara! Sorry as told we don’t have any reports in our database for “hotspot”, so I don’t know if this works out of the box or no users tested this. Try to ask the plugins author if they offer a refund if this doesn’t work, lot of authors are fair enough to grant this.

Here we cannot help better then this, I showed you all the options related to this specific layout, we always try to help users as much possible but we need also to respect the rules of this marketplace that provides the service. Users have 6 months of personal support included (which are a good time to report problems or get help), if the support ends it is possible to renew it. Hi, The List with Icon feature seems to be broken in the latest update. No icon is showing, and there is no reference to Font Awesome (fa-) in the source code?
HI, could you add in your next update please to set a different logo for each page/post and also more option for your navigation like add images in mega menu, headings in mega menu, tabs, etc. It would be also great to have a navigation below the logo – not just next the logo. Hi and thank you for confirm! Open the console log of Chrome Developers to see the possibl error and remember that if this is a new domain/site you need to enable in the Google Maps website too.
I saw the screenshots on the “classic landing” demo and was wondering if it’s possible to create something similar — a client log in leading to a calendar, tasks, to-do list, etc. Is this possible to do, or is there a specific plugin that was used for that? Please let me know ASAP, because I would love to buy your theme if I can replicate that user login type site with tasks and calendars.

Ah, okay. I would still be interested in purchasing the theme if I can find a way for it to be able to create what I need. I am trying to create a website with roughly 32 members for online competitive gaming. I was interested in having a way for each of them to log in, view a calendar/tasks, fill out forms (questions, polls, requests, complaints), and have their own “page” — a profile that shows their calendar, tasks, and team. That’s why I was interested in something like those screenshots. Do you know if there is any way to create something like that using Uncode? If so, do you know some compatible plug-ins that could help create something similar to those “classic landing” screenshots? If you’re not sure about this, do you know how I can contact someone who would be able to answer?

Hello Undsgn,
There is an issue with the Theme Options “sticking”. I assume they are stored in the database.
The menu border and any visual effects related to it are turned off, but the mobile view still renders a border.
The theme has been deleted, updated to 1.7.1, and browser cache is always cleared but it refuses to update for those particular menu settings. Every other theme option I’ve updated seem to update okay.
The default theme CSS is still outputting:
.menu-light .row-brand, .menu-light .row-menu .row-menu-inner { border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(234,234,234,0.5); }
I can update it in the CSS easily but there is something systematically wrong happening.
I’d post this in the support forum but it’s expired, so I don’t know what to do to flush the bug out.

Nevermind. I didn’t notice a separate setting under the Light Skin section. It shouldn’t show up if it is set to off in the Menu settings but it does the trick. Thanks!

As my last reply: you have an old version of Visual Composer no more compatible with the new WordPress (in case you need to install the new version of Uncode that also give you the new version of Visual Composer) or you have an issue with some extra plugins. Open a ticket so we can check for you.

I recently brought to your attention an issue with the lightbox where images sometimes appear dimmed when opening on an iPhone. Now this has happened on my site for around a few months, but is also happening on your new demo also. The place where it happens is here:

It opens in lightbox, but its dimmed and barely visible. You close the lightbox, open the same image again and it works fine. Move to the next image, its dimmed out.
I have never seen it happen on your demo until you created this page. Maybe you can look into it?
As I say, only seems to happen on an iPhone.

We understand now, this happen only when you enter the mobile fullscreen mode, right? When you only open the lightbox and you navigate everything is fine correct? At least here we have tested with few devices and see the problem only with fullscreen, please let me know, anyway now that we are able to replicate we can fix!

No, it happens simply when you open an image in Lightbox on an iPhone. I haven’t tried fullscreen. As I said it only happens on a few images, but I can send you a screenshot if that would help?
Not too much, we have seen the issue but only when the fullscreen option is enabled, when you open an image everything is working as expected (have you also tested other devices?).
It works fine on a Mac or MacBook, but I don’t have any other mobile devices to test. When you say fullscreen, do you mean within the Lightbox, when you click the rectangle icon to make the image go into fullscreen?
Yes on desktop it’s fine, on mobile we don’t have any reports, both the new version both old version, from other users for normal images (not fullscreen) and we have hundreds of photographers using Uncode… We are able to replicate the issue only now when we click the fullscreen button (rectangle icon). It’s working as expected on normal lightbox on mobile (when you don’t click fullscreen).

I have just tested it on my friends iPad and it happens on there too. Some images don’t open at all, the screen just greys out and some open but are significantly dimmed. Please can you test by opening the gallery and then opening several images one at a time, to see if it happens for you also?

Done dozen of time but we are not able to replicate as told, only with fullscreen. Do you see this in our demo? Anyway I report to devs to check but if we are not able to replicate it’s difficult we fix this. Only with fullscreen, maybe resolving the fullscreen also fix the normal way.

Ive just reconfigured an existing gallery of mine to be masonry and it still happens. This issue, as far as I can see, doesn’t happen anywhere else on your demo except the page I mentioned.
