What is the best way to update the theme, since you don’t offer automated updates?

Hello, Can you advise how we can use 1/6 of a column? I’m trying to create a pyramid on the meet the team page because there is 5 people in the same department. Easiest way I can see of accomplishing this is to add 1/6, 1/3, 1/3, 1/6 (first Row) then 1/3, 1/3, 13 for the second row of team members.

The Download Monitor shortcode that comes with this theme doesn’t work with the latest version of DLM.

There seems to be something unexpected about the way the portfolio display works. I have a large number of portfolio items in my collection and if I scroll down the portfolio page and select a portfolio item it opens at the top of the page but the browser does not move up to that position so it looks like nothing has happened. Is there a setting that can fix this or what else do you suggest?

I purchased the Enfold theme, downloaded the zip file, tried to upload to WP “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” Where to from here?

1- Can we put a logo in the middle at the top of the homepage ? Is it posible to have the menu bar under the logo in the middle ?

2- I would like to have a page like “custom product 2” but with several images similar to the photo with the man in a suit, in the same page. Would it be possible ?

3- You didn’t do links for 1, 2 , 3 graphical icons but can you confirm that we can link them with pages like “defaul product” ? I want to have a page for a whole collection and in this page (“custom product 2”) I will put for example 4 photos similar to that with the man in suit (with links of products). Each photo will present products as a sub categorie of the collection. I want to know if it’s possible.

4- I don’t see back buttons to come back from a single product to all products for women for example.

I am trying to get enfold support. I have posted 2 posts in the forums 905237 and 905067 with no response. My site is down and I need to get it back up. I cant get into the backend of my site so I don’t know what to do. I have provided the means for someone to access my site and see if they can correct. I am not an expert. I tried to update to 4.2.2. and now the site is down. The error log entries are post in the posts. Please help!!

I have a problem with new versione Enfold. With the old version the mobile menu worked.

With the new version of Enfold the mobile menu has disappeared …

Why?

Is there any way to show less pictures on mobile, using the masonry gallery? For example I want the gallery to show 8 pictures on desktop, but only 4 pictures on mobile. Thanks in advance, awesome support!

Just downloaded and installed the theme and got the white screen of death and couldn’t access the dashboard. .

Host said there was a space in ‘enfold/config-layerslider/layerslider/wp/notices.php’

I overwrote it with the same file from an older download of the theme from 2 weeks ago and it works. I can now access the dashboard.

Thinking this isn’t the best soultion though. Can you provide some insight into what is happening or if there is a fix for using the current version of the theme?

Hi, I have a client’s website that uses Enfold but the Theme hasn’t been updated for a long time. They’re currently using version 2.6.1. If I renew support could somebody help me to upgrade the Theme without damaging the website/breaking the Theme? Or do you offer that service yourselves? Hello, since a while the instagram footer isn’t showing the pictures anymore. It shows only little squares. If you click on the squares, it shows the pictures in lightbox.
