Problem with activating the theme! I previously installed on one sub domain, deactivated and can’t activated into another sub domain because it says ”You have reached activation number limit.”

If you want to import Jewellery demo you need to import default demo content first and then go to Theme Options > Import/Export > find Jewellery version and press install button. Additional pages for that version you can find in the section below – Additional Pages Import.

If you have already updated to v.3.3.0 we recommend you downgrade to the stable version of WooCommerce (3.2.6). Once WooCommerce releases the stable version and we’ll announce the compatibility in the changelog.

You need to downgrade woocommerce to 3.2.6 version, because 3.3 does not exist anymore on the official woocommerce site. Once new woocommerce version will be available, we will update our theme within 24 hours. Also, before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.

1) If you use the latest version of VC plugin but has the white screen during frontend editing then enable WP debug and check what error do you have.
2) What problems do you have with Subscriptio plugin? Due to Envato rules about bundled plugins you don’t need plugin license code to use it https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins We provide special code only for the WooZone plugin because of the system they have.

hi, im having an annoying problem. Every time i save a page, it adds a “ ” at the end of every text block, if i make more changes it continues adding more, cant change colors in backend or save after making changes.

The problem with “ ” doesn’t relate to the theme, you will have the same behavior even with a default theme. This looks like Visual Composer plugin specific issue, therefore it is harder for us to find the issue and fix it. Also, make sure that you use latest versions of VC and Massive Addons for Visual Composer plugins.
