Thinking of purchasing this theme. I’ve got the following question to you: I want to realise a picture gallery in more than one level with thumbnail/album preview. For example a travel gallery: 1. Europe (thumbnail) 1.2. Germany (thumbnail) 1.2.1 Berlin (thumbnail und when you click on it you see the pictures) 1.2.2 Munich… and so on.
So is it possible to show albums with the contients and when you click on one album (for example Europe) you see the albums with Europe thumbnail of the countries. When you click on Germany you see again albums with the citie albums and in the last when you click on Munich you see the gallerie?
Is this possible with the theme? Thank you for your answer and help!

Here`s a small instruction for you how to implement your idea:
1. Create a page that shows a list of portfolios using Portfolio List or Portfolio slider shortcodes. (with let’s say Europe category)
2. Make sure this option is selected:
3. Go to every portfolio in the ‘Europe’ category and add the external link to the page with portfolio list with countries:
And so on 
You can as many galleries as you wish.

I have a problem with newest version of theme.
Every 2-3 times I open my webiste, preloader load white blank page :/ I have tested this with Chrome.

Actually, this is not a theme issue. But there`s the solution for you:
1. Open a new tab in Chrome
2. Enter chrome://flags/ into the address bar
3. Locate Experimental QUIC protocol
4. Using the drop-down menu, select disable
5. Restart Chrome
ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR fixed!

Second question, is if there is a possibility to add my logo top center inside the home exhibition viewer? Or create a second menu that leads me to the main website.

That’s what I did at first, but then it will ignore the “transparent menu” that I use. Then, even still when I tap the ‘hamburger” menu – the background behind the logo will go full white once the mobile menu has been expanded.

Need some fixes ASAP:
1) Preloader loads at the end of page-loading time – which is wrong in all meanings. First you see white page, then preloader for short time (some ms), and then immediately whole rendered page.
2) Lazyload is not working for Pinterest gallery type at all! It loads all images before start rendering and fly-ups images on the page.
3) KenBurns slider still have some random glitches with custom slide time.

1. It`s the normal behavior since a little time is needed for the web to load the preloader too.

1) Yeah… But before preloader (and preloader.svg or preloader.png) it loads all pictures of the page, than it loads a bunch of theme js-files, than it loads all fonts. And after all it loads preloader. Why? If you already have loaded everything? Can you just move preloader function to the top of page?
2) Thanx. Waiting for it.
3) About KenBurns – if you set delay time to some random value (except 6000ms which is hardcoded in JS) and then use mouse click for “play-pause” on Ken Burns slider it will fallbacks to default time value (6000ms). Need some fix for that and also need possibility to disable “play-pause”.

Please, first of all, check some of your server configurations with your host. Below is a list of items which are required for successful theme installation: You are running WordPress 4.6 or higher Your PHP version should be 5.6 or higher
Also please, make sure that both Whizz theme and plugin are up to date and all 3d party plugins are deactivated.

My home pages won’t show the images full width.
What I found is that shortcodes in your documentation say something like this (plain code): vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces”modern_slider images=”3505,3490,3589”[/vc_row]
If I choose the same shortcode an have a look at plain code, I see this: vc_rowwhizz_banner height=”yes” image=”19”[/vc_row]
So in my shortcode the snippet “full_width=”stretch_row_content_no_spaces” is missing. Is this a bug?
