I have problems with installing the theme. When I upload the crane.zip file Wordpress gives me the error: “Are You Sure You Want to Do This”. What can I do about that?

This error can happen if php limits does not match system requirements specified in Crane theme system requiremets article. http://grooni.com/docs/crane/general/system-requirements/
Please contact your hosting provider to increase php limits to specified below limits:
- max_execution_time 180
- max_input_time 600
- memory_limit 128M
- post_max_size 48M
- upload_max_filesize 48M

how do i change the format / appearance of the blog page? i like the default layout of the blog page but i can’t edit the header to that it relates to the rest of the site.
To change the header on all blog posts navigate to Theme Options > Blog single post settings > Groovy menu preset http://nimb.ws/KrlLCe Select desired preset from Presets library. In the same way, you can change the header on blog archive pages (archive, categories, tags pages). Navigate to Theme Options > Blog archive settings > Groovy menu preset http://nimb.ws/EZQUVw
Sometimes there is a need to change the header on an individual blog post. For that
- Navigate to the blog post and click on Edit post
- Scroll to Settings
- Switch to “on” Override global settings
- Check Groovy menu visibility to “on”
- Select desired preset from Presets library
sorry, i should have worded that differently. i need to be able to change the layout at the top of the page to be similar to my other pages with a full width banner / background image. i don’t see where i can edit this

To modify page title and breadcrumbs appearance go to Theme Options > Page title and breadcrumbs > Blog pages. http://nimb.ws/E9HxsA
To modify page title settings including background, height, and typography go to Theme Options > Page title and breadcrumbs > Page title settings. http://nimb.ws/yXBtO6
Same way you can change Typography and few other settings for breadcrumbs. Go to Theme Options > Page title and breadcrumbs > Breadcrumbs settings. http://nimb.ws/wVWvH2
We noticed that Menu on your site set to be overlapped. It means that content of the first block after menu will overlap it. If you wish to turn it off:
- From frontend of page hover over Groovy menu settings and click to appeared menu preset name http://nimb.ws/TfoYRw
- From menu settings switch “Enable Groovy menu overlap first block in page” to off. After that menu will take its own space and push other blocks to its height.
Please note that if your menu has a transparent background and white text, you should modify them, otherwise menu will merge with the white background of the site.

Hi. How do I at a single page use a custom theme, not showing the revolution slider. I tried different stuff, like dialing headers and such. But it keeps showing up, just the space (full screen) for the slider.

I can’t registrer the “Slider Revolution” plugin, which means I can’t install the add ons.
It states within the template, “no worries, just follow the you tube tutorials or our help desk”, going there I can’t seem to find anything that will allow me to download “free premium templates” or “install add-ons” (if included that is?)

Getting to know the crane theme.
I installed some demo content. I created a menu, and set it as a top vertical menu.
For some reason, it won’t display vertically – it only displays as a right icon that i can open.
I really looked over the manual, but I can’t seem to find the setting that makes it display as a basic top / vertical menu.

Just purchased the Crane Theme. installing it locally won’t work?
Clicking upload theme, i get a question: “are you sure you want to do this?” clicking the link, leaves me empty handed (no theme installed)
I adjusted the php.ini according to the manual.
Wordpress, and php are newest versions.
Any ideas?

i am wanting to have multiple sub pages with the same image fixed header background. is it best to achieve this using a slider revolution or is there another way to have a single file called to each page so that if i want the image changed, i only have to change it in one place?

there is one thing in regards to some sample pages i just can not figure out. take about me for example. there is a background image in the header area that stays static while the content scrolls over it when you scroll down.
no where on the page ‘about me’ when editing it does a slider or image appear in the code for changing it. i love the functionality but i can’t duplicate or change it.
