The demo file is not a 1-click installation where the theme will be set up like the demo when you install the file. It simply comes with the posts, categories, tags, menus, etc from the demo. You will still need to set up the theme as instructed in the documentation. Not every customer reads the documentation, and I understand that. That is why I provide support and help to customers, even if they do not read the documentation. However, I do not expect customers to immediately provide a 1-star review just because they did not read the documentation. As I mentioned previously, please submit a ticket at the Support Center to receive support. Thanks!

I am not exactly sure what you are asking here, but you can place any category, tag, page, or custom link to the menu.
Hi, a friend of mine has this template. He told is not possible customize de layout of the menu pages . I mean if it’s possible change the layout of the menu pages with different kind of layouts. For example if I set my menu with 5 different pages as for example tv, sports, entertainment and music. I could set differents body layout for the pages that I configured as menu items ( tv, sport, entertainment…) sorry for my English I’m French.

If you are asking if you can have different Featured Posts layouts for different CATEGORY PAGES, then no, that is not a feature of the theme.
Can you recommend a solution (perhaps a plugin) how I can use your theme and integrate with one of the commenting plugins? The goal is to have a way for people to login to their account and be able to see their comments that they have responded to them AND see the account information for the shop (any purchases they have made).
This is much clearer. My previous comment was a bit confusing. This is a pre-sales question. I want to purchase Zox New but I have 2 concerns. I want to allow the user to login into an account so they can see how many people have responded to their comments, and I want to allow the people to see the status of the purchases they made in the store. There are plugins that do these separately. Can you recommend a plugin or tell me how much it would cost to make this custom change?

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with a plugin like that, so I wouldn’t be able to recommend any, and I am also not able to perform paid customizations, but I would recommend contacting Envato Studio to see if someone there can help with that.

The main nav menu can only hold so many menu items, but you can place as many menu items as you want in the flyout menu. You can also add a “More” menu item and simply add any additional menu items under that “More” menu as submenus.
I am not sure what you are asking with regard to the submenus being customized, though.

I do plan to look into providing AMP support, but I can’t guarantee anything at the moment. I am not sure what you are asking with regard to making an offer in a few days, but while I do plan on providing an update soon, it will not be in the next few days.

The theme does not have any specific templates for a Contact Page or a FAQ, but it does come with a few custom pages, like an Contributors page with a list of the authors on your site.
The main nav menu can only hold but so many items, but the flyout menu can hold as many menu items as you want.

The top Featured Posts section has 6 layouts to choose from, while the sections below it are widgets and you can add or remove as many of those sections as you want and arrange them in any order. The “More News” section at the bottom also has 2 layouts.
I notice in your demo that when you view a post and scroll down to another post that the title of the active post (the one currently on the screen) does not update the post title at the very top in the toolbar. I think it should. Please advise.

That feature is not a true “Auto Load Posts” feature and just displays part of the article, so changing the URL and headline will not be a feature.

All of the sections between the Featured Posts section (at the top) and the More News section are widgets, so you can add or remove as many widgets as you want and display content by any Tag or Category. So, you can put any widgets there that you want, but the More News section will always be below that widgetized area.

Hi! Just got the theme! We love it! We made the font bigger on the menu we have… Where is the css class for the menu to make the height somewhat larger? When making the font larger the hover underline is on the top of the feature images. To fix this we would have to add more to the menu height to push everything down and make it proportionate. Thanks!

Hello, Im working on this template for a client.
1. I keep trying to add Ads to the site section and no ads will show on the site. It seems like there is something blocking the feed to show the ads (maybe a java script).
2. What drives the trending section posts? Is it the Tags and Categories? Or is it the posts that has the most traffic?
