Just a heads up, the latest RC release of WooCommerce 3.3.1 fixes the problem of categories showing up when they shouldn’t. You can read more about it here:-

I would also like to report a BUG present after a new WooCommerce (3.3.0) data update.
After the update, product pages automatically started to show categories list. The list just repeats itself, and I can’t change it, despite what setting I choose for display (show products, show categories, show categories & products).
Please fix the bug or advise us how to fix this issue.

We are currently setting up a new Woocommerce website, and we are considering to use the Flatsome theme, in the catalogue mode.
Here we need the ‘add to cart’ buttons to be replaced with “add to quote” button. Multiple products will then end up in the ‘quote cart’, client gives his contact details in a form, and sends us the quote request.
Is this a standard feature in Flatsome catalogue mode?

I’m afraid Flatsome does not offer this by default. Also, we have not had any compatibility tests with the plugin. However, Flatsome has been built in accordance with WordPress coding standards and hence would work with any plugin that follows the same standards.

Hi, how can I stop the entire product page to be dragged left&right whenever I swipe images? I think it’s because of the Flickity viewport or something. It only happens on the product page, though. The other pages are fine. Thanks!
Nevermind, I found the culprit. Problem solved. Turns out when the product attribute field is too long it behaves like that.
But PLEASE, can’t you guys at least respond to queries quickly! This is almost 2 days since I contacted support, I didn’t even get a ticket ID. What happens over there? This is unacceptable. I paid $41 just for extended support and this is not the kind of ‘support’ I expect.
Nevermind. Found the solution.
I Copied+pasted the comment below since I have the same issue: “I see that you are currently working on a fix for a bug that shows all the categories in the shop page. When can we expect a fix for that? It’s really annoying and it really bothers me since my website looks really bad with that thing there. Any quick fixes for that until you solve it?” I don’t know if its coincidence but until this I was getting 1-2 orders / day and from then zero!

In previous comments on this forum about WC Vendor Pro, it seems that while the plugin is compatible with Flatsome, there are significant issues with the formatting of the WC Vendor pages. The pages are apparently quite messy and need to be customized individually. Has this issue been addressed by UX-Themes? Or do we still need to custom design the pages if we use the WC Vendor Pro plugin with the Flatsome theme?

Bug on store pages with new woo commerce update. Now category pages show subcategories, products AND all categories list repeats itself (despite what setting you chose for display options) See here

Request: Custom Post type support.
I have created a new custom post type called ‘news’. It would be great if any custom post types could be supported from the builder.
I can see that you could “somewhat” easily support custom post types by creating a new builder widget (or what you call it) based on portfolio or post widget. In the UI the website admin should be able to input the name of the custom post type and this would be passed onto the short code. This way website administrator could use CPT UI and ACF to create new custom post types and fields.. and your builder could somewhat support it (especially if the shortcode would be able to use special templates if they exists in the child-theme template catalog)
Right now I’ve just copied your “ux_portfolio” implementation and templates and made a “ux_news” shortcode .. and modified it to my “news” use. But when I need to adjust it.. I need to create and adjust a ux_portfolio, see the parameters, and bring this to the ux_news shortcode…
actually just use the existing blog_posts shortcode and UI builder and be able to pass on post_type to the $args array used for WP_Query (blog_posts.php line 161) would do the trick..

The new update of woocommerce 3.3 and up to 3.3.1 came with several flatsome problems, categories within product pages (Categories), thumbnails with problems, broken navigation, performance issues … I went back to version 3.2. 6 of woocommerce, however, I would like to be able to use 3.3 without these problems, what is the prediction of an upgrade of the flatsome?
