If you have been editing style.css then the update did override that file. You should utilize Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or Elated Options > General > Custom CSS field.

If you are using child theme you will have to set widgets again for parent theme since widgets positions are saved in the database per active theme. Regarding options, just navigate to Elated options and hit save changed and your options should be loaded from the database since theme update won’t update these values.

Please write how long usually is need to wait for the answer, its ok if it takes with you more than from another authors (usually we get a support in 1-2 hours, we have bought more than 20 themes from 2010).

But its not so important. I have problems on 1 step – downloading demo – its important and its not ok.

Unfortunately, we don’t have export tool, but here are instructions how to do that manually:

On your localhost go to phpMyAdmin or any other database tool that you are using, navigate to wp_options table and find theme_options. Copy option_value content and paste it to same place on your live site database.

After that go to your live site WordPress back end > Theme Options and hit Save Changes.

Hmm.. But, as I ‘ve mentioned – in the file, that been sent, after we bought theme – theres NO purchase code. And in the link, that you gave – it says that bundle plugins should come with their own codes.

Most likely the issue with the logo is that you haven’t uploaded new “light” and “dark” logo as well. Since every page has options for header skin, you can have one page with dark header and dark logo, and another page with light logo and light header.

alright so options and widgets import fine then when i click content its loads quickly to 90 percent and stops i added all the codes
