Hello Elated team! I would like to update these 2 plugins (LayerSlider WP and WP Bakery Page Builder) but it seems impossible as :
-for LayerSlider, I am said that the “License activation is required to receive updates.” I checked in the license documentation and there is no code.
-and for WP Bakery Page, I am said to update this plugging to the 5.5.2 version (I currently have the 5.4.7 but it seems there is no update available. Where is this update?
Any solution? I know my support is expired, but in the case where you are supposed to supply these updates, think I do not have to buy support extension.

Hi there, I am having the same issue as Frenchiee. When I share my website’s URL on Facebook, the moose logo shows instead of my own logo. I have added our logo to all the logo options in the themes, but the moose logo remains. I have cleared both server and browser cache, but to still the moose logo remains.
If I right click and do a save as on our logo on the site, a file named logo_black (the moose logo) is downloaded. Why is that? I don’t see that logo yet your logo is really sticking around. Can you please tell me why it is the image that is downloaded when it’s not displaying, and how to get rid of logo_black?

Hi there, I just rechecked adding the link to Facebook, and now the moose logo has disappeared. In it’s place is an image, it’s not our logo, but at least it’s an image from our site. I think it must have been a caching issue after I loaded all the logos. Thank you!

Hello elated, On the ‘shop’ page of my website, The header menu items, social, and others seems to be missing. On other pages, I set the header skin to ‘dark’ and it works but not the shop page. Thanks

Latest theme version contain latest visual composer 5.4.7 so after theme update uninstall the plugin and install it again in order to have latest version installed. If you still have problems it could be that it is hosting related issue due to mod security and commonly this can be resolved by adding following line to htaccess file:

we installed thema in wordpress. Do you have any tutorials to make the changes? He says it’s easy to use, that you do not need to code, but I do see that it’s complicated. If they have the tutorial or video and they have it in Spanish much better.

All options can be identify easily in Elated options, and there are also per page options (when you edit the page) which will override global ones. Off course you can find documentation about available options on this link http://demo.elated-themes.com/moose-documentation/
Regarding building the pages, theme uses WPBakery Page Builder and you can find video tutorials on this link https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/ . If you are not familiar with page builder and with theme options it is highly recommended to import theme demo content.

There are some serious problems with the vcomposer and wpbakery plugin included. It installs old, deprecated code that does not work. And what is the point of including other plugins I have to purchase before using this theme???

There are more than just a few issues here. I opened a ticket.
I am requesting a refund for this purchase from you. After finally manually installing the theme and it’s “required plugins”, we’ve encountered too many errors in basic function, as well as significant issues caused within admin. Waiting almost a full minute for an editor page to load (each time) is just wrong. We disabled all other plugins in case of conflict, but the issues did not resolve.

Hey me again… few issues related to WooCommerce and your theme after the 3.3.x update:
- Login form doesn’t display the username field (wich it’s a mayor problem because now my users aren’t able to login and make purchases on my website). Tested with another theme and everything works OK.
- Some woocommerce buttons and lines also don’t work with the use of .po files in my language (spanish) buttons like: “update cart”, “view cart”, “cart totals”, “cart subtotals”, “order total”, “payment”, “lost your password” and a few others are still showing in english even after using .po es_ES, or using WPML and locotranslate.

Theme is compatible with WooCommerce 3.2.5 and you can find this info in theme change log https://www.screencast.com/t/PUFFdNgFKG so please revert Woo version to 3.2.5. Moose is hosted theme and it is priority for update, so we will first release update with latest Visual Composer in order to have PHP 7.2 compatibility and then developers will continue to work on WooCommerce update. We hope that updates will be released soon enough and until then please use WooCommerce 3.2.5.

Is it possible to have a one page scroll on the mobile devices too, when there is a sub-item? The sub-item doesn’t have to be shown at the mobile device. I already tried some jQuery scripts to replace the class form the menu item but that doesn’t work. Just hiding the elements with CSS doesn’t work either because of the class. Is there another way to do it? Edit the script form the theme itself or something?

I’m getting an error with Moose and the Visual Composer. Basically the VC isn’t working when I edit a page. When I pull up the errors, it’s saying the wpColorPicker is not a function. That line is in a JS file under the Moose directory. Any fix for this? I conformed the Visual Composer works with other themes.

Hi! I love this theme and I want it, but unfortunately I see that the demos, with various browser is very slow and the navigation is not at all fluid, indeed the pages keeps on jamming. The theme would be completely perfect if it had a smoother and faster navigation. Are you working on this aspect?

Demo is using initial theme version and we have released many updates from its release, but off course you can point out to some page with issue and how to reproduce the problem so I can test this with current version and to see if anything need to be fixed or not.

I have just upgraded the theme on my site to latest version, deleted the visual composer and installed the version that came with the theme. The visual composer in the admin mode is not working, there is no vc builder on pages. Have enabled this is the vc settings, deactivated all plugins to see if there is a conflict, but none of that has made any difference. I have tried to open a ticket wth you, but it is asking me to purchase another license.
