After updating WooCommerce to 3.3.1 and Flatsome to the latest version I still have the issue with bigger images on the category overview page + an error in the cart:

I’ve updated my theme to version 3.5, and we’re encountering a very strange issue. All of a sudden our widgets keep disappearing. We put them back, and a few hours later, they’re gone again.

These are all our widgets, in all our widget area’s. This only started happening after updating to 3.5

There is a known issue on some themes that override WooCommerce template files (Flatsome, Genesis theme with Genesis Connect, potentially others).

When using these themes with WC 3.3, product categories are displayed in the shop as if you had chosen the “Show categories & products” display setting regardless of what display setting is selected.

This is due to a behavior change in the way the woocommerce_product_subcategories function behaves and template file changes in 3.3. We will have a fix for this issue on legacy themes or themes that aren’t being actively updated in WC 3.3.1.

If possible, theme developers should update their themes to use the latest versions of the WooCommerce templates. thanks

Awesome update! Wanted to ask a couple things in regards to the native infinite scroll:

1. If you have something that is in the “Bottom Content” of a category page, the products will load beneath that content. Is there a way to make it to where it loads before it? (Ie underneath the other already loaded products)

2. We minify our HTML and since the infinite scroll adds a spinner to the page via a DIV, it is removing the spinner. Any suggestions to prevent this short of not minifying the HTML? Or do you happen to have a gif of the DIV spinner?

It looks like the latest version has issues with YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations (the plugin also have new update). When plugin activated, header image banner won’t show and Nav icon menu won’t work.

Is anyone else having a problem with Flatsome with WooCommerce since updating Wordpress to 3.9.4?

Just letting you know about a couple of issues with infinite scroll. If you have less than 1 row of products in a category and the product images are different sizes then the footer will cover up the product details of the longest image.

Also, infinite scroll does formatting for masonry gallery with images of different sizes sorts itself in rows and don’t move around to create the masonry gallery.

We’ve just updated to 3.3.1 WC, Latest WP and 3.5 for flatsome.

The issue we are having is that in the cart/checkout we are getting the following errors in chrome 63:

Please advise with this as customers aren’t able to create an account during checkout and this is a huge problem,

I’ve tried: - Reinstalling flatsome 3.5 by updating the files via FTP, - Reinstalling WP - Reinstalling WC - Rolling back WC

Does the flatsome-child require certain files now that it didn’t used to?

Right now it only has emails, functions.php and style.css.

Please advise as soon as possible.

Hi there. The nex template-version fixed most of our problems with WC 3.3, unfortunately there is one bug left. Our customers are not able to pay by PayPal if WPML is activated. This was ok before the switch to the new version. Do you have an idea to fix that? Regards

I’ve just updated to the latest Woocommerce and Flatsome theme version and my entire Cart page is not loading anymore. I just get a blank (grey) screen.

Hello! I was wondering if any of you had the same issue. I have the website in two languages, spanish and english. Trying to finish the last one, although I dont want to hide it as I have clients (shops) that i want them to know I will have it in english soon but its not finished. Do you know if the maintenance mode can leave one website (spanish) open and seen and then turn on the mode for just the english? If not, do any of you know any plug in that does that? Thank you
