Please do something to better manage your users licenses. I have over 200 license over multiple Envato accounts. Built up over the past four years. Would be so helpful to log into a portal and see what licenses are active and on what domain.
Also a feature request from an SEO perspective please consider code to text ratio. There are quiet a few code repeats one for desktop and one for mobile switch. Example the main-nav in source code one for desktop ( main-nav ) and one for mobile ( mobile-main-nav ) really effects code to text ratio. Specially when you have a big site with a big menu.

Yes, purchase code management is long overdue
There’s a complication though: we do not store usernames in our DB. Therefore we cannot retrieve purchase codes associated to a certain username. Theoretically we can extract the username from the purchase code. But it will require connecting to Envato servers via their API. Not a big deal, until you consider the fact that there are almost 100K codes in our DB. We’ll have to disable theme registration / de-registration for couple of hours which will be annoyance for many users. We also risk getting our server (and possibly even account) banned for API abuse. I guess we’ll just have to get permission from Envato and get on with it.
As for excessive code – I’ve forwarded your feedback to our dev team.

Thanks for the reply. Sounds like a head ache not worth the task. Perhaps only for future purchases if possible… As The7 is the most flexible theme available. We can achieve anything for our clients using The7. We even offer WordPress training and train about 20+ students a year and we use The7. Anyway my point being The7 is a big part of our business model so our licenses will only continue to grow.
As for the excessive code that would be great if they could fix that

Hi, I saw that you recently changed the theme grid for a CSS3 Grid Layout (that is not supported by IE9) in your lastest update. The problem is that we have a good portion of our clients that still use this browser (ex. in banks, etc. and they are not allowed to update their browsers or install Chrome, etc.).
Do you have any plans to be able to choose if we want to use the new Grid Layout method or to be able to fallback to the old grid in near future?

I’m afraid we are not planning to bring old IE compatibility back. Gladly its market share is already neglectable and shrinking even further.
What we are planning to do though, is to make sure that websites remain readable in old IEs.

Hello, When I go in to edit pages the whole thing locks up. Page will not load in edit mode. The only way to make anything work is to disable The 7 WP Bakery Page Builder? So I am unable to edit pages?.........Thanks

Import Fail!
I purchased The7 today and tried to import the “Main Demo” content. The first error I received was an increase in time from 30 to 300. I did that and even increased the memory limit to 500M. The only error I receive now is “Import Fail” I ran a timer on the last 4 tries and it fails at exactly the 3 minute 30 second mark every time. How can I fix this? I really need this content imported.

My best guess is there was a load spike on our server. And the fifth time (when you coincidently checked “Import Theme Options”) server was back to normal.
I’m forwarding your request to our guys. They will check server logs and scale it up if necessary.

Hello. I had some issues with my password and login to the support center (for my the7 account). The support site has told me that I’ve been locked out and I need to reset the password, but when I hit the link to get a new password, I’m told that an email has been sent, but nothing shows up. I’ve tried it at least a half-dozen times. My name is Roy McKelvey and I’ve been back and forth with your support staff many times in the past few weeks. I can provide my purchase code and email address, but don’t want to put it here in this public forum. Hoping you can contact me or let me know how to proceed here.

Our support system automatically locks the user if it detects 3 failed login attempts. We understand the inconvenience, but prefer to play safe: it’s better to be a bit paranoid then get buyers sensitive data leaked.

Checking back… Given the six hour time difference, I believe it’s late afternoon in your neighborhood. I just checked the login to your support area, and while it looks like I’m not locked out any longer, I’m still having no success in resetting my password. If I use the “forgot my password” option, I enter my email address (roy@communicationdesign.com) and it tells me to go to an email with a password reset. Unfortunately, this email never arrives. I’ve checked by Junk and Trash folders…nothing there. Is it possible for you to just reset my login credentials and just send me a email with that information?
