I can’t find the way to translate the product quantity name “Quantity” to spansih in the woocommerce checkout page under “Your Order”. Ive already transalted all the site with .po files but that specific field I can’t find it to translate. Ive also noticed that this field in the original woocommerce theme and others is shown by: “1x”, or “2x” etc.. So I think this is something coded by Salient. Can you show me the code to change the input name field to my language, and what file I have to change?.

Hi, Salient! I have a problem with the transparent header font color. I have a page http://maxhimpro.beget.tech/about where the black font color with blue underline must be. I tried to find a way to change it, but nothing helped. The header must be transparent cause of the same header style needed for all pages. Can you solve it?
Also, other pages (woocommerce) must have the same style (no bottom borders)
May be there is a way to remove header borders (bottom and between search and cart icons) from all pages (both woocommerce endpoints and other pages). I really need to have the same header style in all pages. I hope you will help me!
Sorry for lots of questions, but I faced a new problem. I cant find the way to change the langusge for “Next” and “Previous” pages buttons in Woocommerce. Didnt find it in your code. Here it is. Previous Also there is strange small arrows under the “Previous” button, they are white.

To remove the border – choose “None” for the “Header Box Shadow” in the Salient options panel > header navigation > logo & general styling tab, and choose “material” for the theme skin in the Salient options panel > general settings tab.
To alter the border underline color on a transparent setup, add this into the custom css box in the general settings > css/script related tab
body #header-outer[data-lhe="animated_underline"].transparent header#top nav > ul > li > a:after, body #header-outer.transparent header#top nav>ul>li[class*="button_bordered"]>a:before {
border-color: #3f59ff!important;

In regards to your WooCommerce translation – that should be taken care of within the woocommerce plugin .po file, bot within the Salient .po – and to remove the arrows, use this css:

There is one section on the home page where the header turns black. Also I added a phone number via the secondary nav and input the code you have on your forums. How can I make that font bigger though?

Hey, all of the sections within any page can be set to full width or non, it’s all determined by the page builder which is not locked to any state depending on the demo you import – that’s just the starting state.

1. In your wp-admin panel within the WooCommerce > settings > products > display tab, remove that page from being set as the “shop page” to avoid duplicate content if you’re using the page builder to populate it instead
2. Add this into the custom css box in the Salient options panel:

I tried your option, but now since it updated there’s no way of turning off the products at the bottom, and if I leave the permalink option blank, I only ge the header and none of the customisation below. Could you please help? We’re about to launch tomorrow. Hope you like what we’ve done with your theme
Also, when it’s selected as the WooCommerce shop permalink it puts a grey wash over the header image. How do we turn that off?

1. I’m still seeing that the page is set as your shop page within the WooCommerce settings, which would automatically add the shop products into the page markup – can you unset that so I can take a look at what you mean?
2. If you want to remove the overlay to the page header you could use the following CSS:

How much I’d like to buy support – I simply can’t afford it and have these bugging issues.
1) The mobile menu remains a hamburger, but I want it to be a normal menu, how do I do this?
2) If I can’t fix 1), how can I change the background color of the hamburger (fold-out) menu? No matter what I change in the salient options, the color remains a bright pink.
3) The salient options panel tells me its in developer mode, since im working on localhost. Which, is not the case. So, I’m wondering, what is going on here and how can I fix this?
4) It seems the WordPress menu bar is hidden and only visible when scrolling down a bit, and then back up again. Once I reach the top of my website, the menubar disappears again and is replaced by a bright pink bar (same color as in point 2).

1. If you’re trying to show the desktop navigation on mobile instead of the default mobile menu, you would need to disbale the responsive design in the Salient options panel > general settings > functionality tab
2. In the Salient options panel > header navigation > logo & general styling tab, select “custom” for your “Header color scheme” at the bottom
3. That notice also appears when the WP_DEBUG is set to true in the wp-config.php file
4. Can you please share the URL in regards where this issue is occuring so I can take a look?

Another bug that has risen is that I see the salient crown quite large every now and then in the left menu of my WordPress admin area. It covers up a part of the menu somehow, not sure why this is happening.
To add: Since the WordPress menu bar wasn’t visible, I added: <?php wp_footer(); ?>
before the body tag in footer.php.

Yes, there’s the option to have the portfolio grid only link each element to lightboxes instead of new pages. You can also set a video URL from youtube or Vimeo for any project you desire

First thing is first, love the theme, it does what most others dont – however i would like to see more premade salient sections 
– anyway, my question is, how is salient SEO optimized? Schema? just would love to know the technical details.
(my gtmetrix score is 88% and 73% which im happy with considering its on shared hosting with only changes to the .htaccess)

SEO optmization is a multi dimensional topic, but i’ll go over a basic overview. Salient uses hierarchical heading tags on elements and adds attributes like alt tags when possible automatically as well as provides you with the option to override them. Salient also adheres to semantic markup standards and additionally automatically adds some open graph tags when the presence of a full SEO plugin (such as Yoast SEO) is inactive.

I can see your logo height has been set to 100px in the theme options panel, but the actual logo image file you’re supplying has a large amount of excess space around the logo picture: http://combatweaponstorage.com/access/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Logo-Option-Space-Gray-Letters-Red-Target-100px.png you’ll need to remove that excess room in a photo editing program of your choosing to avoid having to set the height even larger in the theme options panel

Salient uses it’s own version of the wp bakery page builder and is compatibile with WPML/slider revolution. I haven’t personally tested with layer slider, but can’t see why it wouldn’t work. ubermenu also requires the use of a child theme

But i need the heart/ love-function on my portfolio sites. Is there a solution to use both, the fullwith layout and the love-function from the sidebar.

There’s an element in the page builder called “social buttons” that could substitute this. You’d need to also add this into the custom css box in the Salient options panel though to display the count
