For an unknown reason, share buttons are not showing at Chrome unless are manually unhidden. Reduced sharing buttons to 3, cleared cache, nothing changed.

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these because could appears some conflicts between theme’s files and these plugins. Clear again all of your caches and check the results, together with the browser’s caches. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at this section.

Please make a full backup to your theme and then, using the FTP method you should update it according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ because this is the surest method in this case.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! You should try finding such a plugin with this functionality and check how it will work.

Hello, Sorry but we have no such plans in the future. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. The plugin could work, I am not saying it most definitely will not, but I cannot say for sure since it;s not tested.

Weird Bug: I am trying to switch over to this theme and when I do, all my Vimeo videos display in tiny boxes (maybe 75 pixels wide) rather than the full width of the post. When I switch back to my original theme, or to another premium theme I’m testing, the videos are full size, but as soon as I switch back to Newspaper 8.5, the videos show up in tiny boxes again.
This is the first time I’ve actually tried to use the theme, although I purchased it a while back
Never mind, it seems to be a conflict with the Ultimate Addons for VC plugin’s advanced tabs. Would be nice if this was compatible.

Unfortunately, these Visual Composer Add-ons are not tested with the theme and we cannot say for sure if you will bring good theme results if you will use them, sorry! Also, notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Hello, TagDiv team, first of all, I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate them for the work. I am a potential buyer and have some pre-purchase questions. I’ll use the theme to present podcasts. it is possible to present SoundCloud in well-designed “modules” such as the current way of presenting youtube playlists (it would be great to have this feature now or in the future).
1. Is it possible to add a space similar to playlist videos from youtub, but only with the SoundCloud player and thumbnails? In the Dark model, I saw a space #TrendingVideos could replace with #PodCats? In this space, can I integrate the SoundCloud player and display an image where the video would be displayed?
2. There would be a resource where I could integrate SoundCloud play to do something like this: https://jovemnerd.com.br/?podcast=o-futuro-de-educacao (the form of player inside the post is wonderful)
3. I liked other demo models, am I allowed to use the theme on two different sites?

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Unfortunately the theme has no specific SoundlCloud implementation. You can embed SoundCloud elements but not directly into a module as YouTube playlists for example. YouTube playlists have their own special implementation. 1. The implementation as you mention will not work without code modifications to the theme files. 2. You can maybe find a plugin that can provide the implementation you need. 3. Our theme as well as all other envato themes fall under the same standard license. The license is created by envato and all envato members have to stick to it. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi I installed this theme with plugins. i have tagDiv Composer plugin as well but there is no “Edit with TD Composer” button on the top of the homepage.
I tried customize but there is no “add elements” or sometihng like that.

We are currently finishing up on our own amp implementation for the theme which will be available in the next update. The AMP plugin is not tested so I cannot say for sure. Our own amp plugin does indeed feature ad spots.

When I link between two articles on my site it will be added as a comment to the linked page. Is there a way to disable this?

A link embedded inside a post will not create a comment. Maybe this is a plugin implementation as the theme has no such functionality. Please open a new topic on our official support forum and provide a link to your site so we can inspect this issue.

I can’t seem to hide the dates of my posts/pages. I would love for it to show when it was last updated but if that is not possible I just want to hide the date. When linking to some of my other articles the link shows up in the comments and I am not sure if removing the comments remove the links. I know I cannot update Newspaper as I ordinarily would with a WP theme. It says it will adjust all option to default if I add the new update, is this true? Is there a way to update without having to reconfigure the entire theme?

Updating will not reset anything. I;m not sure where you got that idea, but this is not the case I can assure you. If infinite scrolling posts on the actual post page (not on static pages) is what you mean, than sorry but our theme does not have such a feature. If you need this on pages, there is an infinite scrolling pagination type in the tagdiv composer which you can apply to every block.
