You can add a video inside the description of a single testimonial. You can paste a YouTube video URL or maybe just upload one video in your media library.

I purchased the template for the “learning demo” one. When I go to customize the template it’s completely black and not even shelled like the demo. I realize I need to add content and media but I was expecting a shell like the demo rather than a complete black template that I can’t even add a home page like the demo. Please advise.

About the template completely black: in the product description is stated that “PICTURES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCT”. https://imgur.com/a/Te8fnivMoreover, we are happy to help our customers when they are facing problems with our products but there are no open tickets on our support website associated with your email or username so we couldn’t help you with the issue.
Finally, about the impossibility to reach human support consider we live and work in a different time zone so sometimes it could be hard to answer in real time.
By the way, as I see a refund request, we would go for it.

Thanks for the eventual reply. Several things, 1 your videos are very basic and only cover initial set up steps, 2 as i mentioned I realize pics are not included but thanks for the caps reminder. I installed exactly as the videos instructed, sadly the template is an empty shell, not what you view before purchase. 3 help desk shouldn’t take a day to reply despite a time difference. Can you say global commerce?!?
If you want a complete blank canvas to create whatever site you want this is for you.I did request a refund and I have received snarky and condescending emails such as the one above from these folks. A huge disappointment and should worn everyone!
Dear customer, first of all: “the template is an empty shell” => This is totally fake. The template is the same thing you see in the demos. Images are not included. Period. That simple.
What happened:- You didn’t read the manual
- You requested support for things explained in the manual
- Without even waiting the physical time to answer, you asked a refund
- We provided the refund
I don’t know what you still are complaining about.
I’m sorry but your disappointment is based on your own personal and totally wrong assumptions, therefore you can keep it and move on since you had your money back.

Hello Longeway, the default contact form is not customizable but you can build a form with all the input fields needed with contact form 7 (included with the theme).

Cant install the T2G Theme Dashboard
Error Message: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds
Plugin not activated. A higher version of T2G Theme Dashboard is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
And even if I install it manually I got the same problem with all the other plugins!

I love the feel of the theme and there are several options on each demo version I’d like to incorporate into one site. For example, I like the professional demo but I also sell courses and I need a section for Press.
Can multiple options from different demos be combined with just buying the one site?

Sure, you can combine multiple options from different demos with the same theme. For example, after installing the theme, you can choose the Professional demo and then add Woocommerce or LearnPress plugin to sell courses and use the blog section for Press.

1) In this theme is there an Image library? I see there is one for videos which I like very much but as a life coach I have many many pictures with my clients. If there is not a image library plugin option, is there a way to create one?
2) Is there an tab or section for PR/Press Releases? If not can you recommend the best option using the site plugins?

1) in Lifecoach WordPress Theme there is no native Image Archive like the videos one but you could create an image gallery or slideshow on a default Page. An example of image gallery here: http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach/2017/03/20/human-history-becomes-more-and-more-a-race-between-education-and-catastrophe/
2) In order to manage your PR/Press Releases, you don’t need other plugins. I think you can use easily the blog section. Here an example: http://themes2go.xyz/demos/lifecoach/blog-with-sidebar/

What LMS is used in the “Learning Demo”? And can I add an LMS to the “Professional Demo”? If so, how?

in the Learning Demo is it used LearnPress and you can add it to all of our demos. Last week came out a huge Learnpress update and we are still working to get it fit on our theme. Currently, you can use LearnPress 2.x without any issue; if you try to install the 3.x you will find some bugs (but as I said before, we are fixing’em )

I’m having some difficulty. I can’t seem to find where to change certain elements. For example, 1) the social bar on the left side of the 1st contact page. How can you add this to another page or disable it on the current page. 2) Using the Page Builder, I tried to add the WP Widget – Social Profiles, but nothing happens when I add it. It doesn’t show in any of the columns. There also doesn’t seem to be a way to add Social profiles using the Bakery or Visual Composer. Please advise. 3) I can’t seem to enable/disable the sidebar on that same contact page. There’s no where to add it. Please advise.

Hello aonbreakin, this message comes when trying to update or installing required plugins on old version of the theme. Please check again if you have downloaded the latest version of the theme. I am absolutely sure that with an updated theme version this problem will not occur again.

Hello! I am installing the Life Coach theme for a client and am getting quite frustrated. They purchased, emailed it to me and I uploaded it. I am getting an error on four crucial plugins (BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY VISUAL COMPOSER) QT ContactForm, QT Places, Theme Core Plugin and WP Bakery Visual Composer. It tells me when I try to install them that, An error occurred while installing WP Bakery Visual Composer: Download failed. Not Found.
Does this have something to do with not purchasing it on my computer? is there an update needed for VC? It doesn’t show up in my list of plugins, it did not install (this one and the others above) when I was able to install the others. Please Advise. I am waiting to hear back from my client with their purchase code to gain access to the help center. But would really need to complete this site TODAY. Thank you so much in advance!!!!

Hello Aanchal, I think you are talking about the testimonial shortcode. Am I right? Currently, you can’t remove the link easily from the author because you need to edit the theme’s code and I don’t recommend it.
