I’m using the fourth demo shop and there’s no working lightbox for product images, why? The zoom icon is hidden, I’ve removed the hidden tag but there are javascript errors, when will this be fixed?

I updated to 4.1.5 en VC to 5.4.5 and it looks like in Porto it references to js_composer.css instead of js_composer.min.css.
As i can see the CSS file js_composer.css doesn’t exist in the WP bakery package.
The reference is in functions.php at line 164: wp_register_style( ‘js_composer_front’, vc_asset_url( ‘css/js_composer.css’ ), array(), WPB_VC_VERSION );

I got an email that a new version is available, but 4.1.5 still downloads (released 2/2/18). When will 4.1.6 be available? My columns and the dropdown for variable products are still broken from the 4.1.5 update.

Hello. Unfortunately this did not fix the issue. Safari browser is not recognizing the columns in Visual Composer in this version of the theme. Chrome appears to work OK, but Safari shows all columns stacked.

Can you have more than one global tab on a single product page? Otherwise you have to add the tabs each time you add a new product.

We are using Woocommerce plugin with our theme and woocoomerce plugin has its default functionality right but if you want to use more than one tabs globally you can use it by making a block.
1. Go to WP Admin Panel >> Blocks and add new block and set tabs as per your requirement by using WP Bakery Element.
2. Go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Woocommerce >> Single Product and write Blog slug that you have created into (Global Product Custom Tab Block) Option. Your issue will solve.
That did not answer my question as I want to add more than one global tag. Can you have more than one? What plugin are you using?

Sorry to say that but the Global Tab is only one in our theme as we used Woocommerce for our theme and it is the default functionality of the woocommerce plugin but you can add custom tabs as per your requirement.

The products images displayed in thumbnails or category display or home page are cropped from the top and bottom. the single product image display is fine. how can I increase the height container to fit the image and display it fully without cropping.

You do not need to update the size of the container but you should your image sizes by following the steps given below your issue will solve.
How can change the product image sizes?
Please go Woocommerce > Settings on admin sidebar.
Please click Products tab.
Please click Display link.
Please go Product Images and change the image sizes.
After change the image size, you should regenerate all the thumbnails in Tools > Regen.Thumbnails on admin sidebar.

1. The product tab is working fine in our latest theme released today but did not update on the demo site.
2. We have not tested the go pricing shortcode in the product tabs but you can use the custom tabs with shortcode easily.

Hi. I found an error with Porto and YITH Ajax Search Premium. This error only occurs with the Pro version. When the Pro version is activated, the porto slider product is not displayed correctly. The tabs on the “product page” do not show correctly. Related products are not displayed correctly. We have to reload the page many times so that it loads correctly, many times it does not happen. Please, try it on your website.
I bought the premium version of Yith Ajax Search because you said it is compatible. Any solution? I need the advanced features of the Premium version. I use the latest versions of Porto and Yith Premium

Looks like your server requirements do not meet the latest Theme and Plugins minimum requirements please make sure before installing/updating the Theme that your server requirements must meet the latest Theme and Plugins requirements and then install/update your theme via CPanel your issue will solve.
