There seems to be a problem with the Visual Composer that comes with this theme. Everything worked fine until recently and I no longer can choose colors, for example, border or background, it seems as if the option has been disabled.

As for Stripe, WooCommerce compatibility is achieved by following Woo standards, so every official plugin should work without problems.

You header images/parallax backgrounds etc do not support larger screen sizes and do not scale passed 1920. Is there a fix?

Is this theme working? No updates or new features for the last 6 months. I wanted to buy it, but no product updates is strange, and last comments are not nice ;-( When you plan to update them words” Theme update will be released very soon” could take 2 -3 month and 2-3 days. Could you add more details?

This is on a fresh new wordpress install with the child theme activated.
Also, when using the page builder, after a action like moving a element, saving a element etc, the page does a scroll down to the bottom. Plus one of the builder elements does not display correctly. (Mikado Banner). And there are alot of other small bugs. – remind you i am on a clean wordpress install.
These are the kind of bugs that i don’t expect on a premium theme. So far my enthousiasm for this theme is not rewarded. I hope you can fix these issues with me.
Edit – requested a refund. Encountered even more issues with the theme. Not reliable enough for me to work with.

I will not be going through those time consuming steps in hopes of getting a working product, things should work right out of the box. Visual Composer comes bundled with our theme and it is compatible with this plugin as well as our shortcodes are compatible and will work as intended once you are using VC. As for the Elementor plugin we can not guaranty the compatibility as it has not been tested with our theme unfortunately.

Unfortunately https://mikado.ticksy.com/ does give an error for the moment and we have done everything that is in our hands, however we can’t do much as this is not our fault and it is not an error caused by us. So we have contacted the owner and a ticket is open and we are waiting for this to be solved as soon as possible so we can start providing support to all our customers.

For my purposes, the 800×800 height isn’t practical (I’m using it to display business logos), For the row settings, that effects only left/right. I can’t find a way to adjust the images in the row to be center aligned. Help?

Hello Mikado-Themes:) I have one question about this template. I have access to admin of it and trying to use additional plugin https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-event-tickets/, here is their simple demo: https://plugins.yithemes.com/yith-event-tickets-for-woocommerce/product/yith-masterclass/. As you can see on the demo, when you will change quantity, new fields appears. When i tried this plugin with evently this functionality is not working (there are still fields for one user only). Yith support said that this is issue on your side, that maybe woocommerce implementation is not correct. Can you try to investigate why this (seems to be simple) feature is not working properly on your template woo product page?
I found that you used quantity input as a text field, not as a number on woo product page, that is why this plugin isn’t working properly. Why did you do that?

We are changing some WooCommerce templates and functionalities in order to achieve theme functionality and look according to theme design. If you have problem with that plugin and our quantity input you can simply remove that file from this location wp-content\themes\evently\woocommerce\global\quantity-input.php and default Woo file will be loaded instead.
