To see all your tickets you have to log in with your credentials on our support platform, then click on the button at the top right of the screen “My profile” and then on “Topics Started”.

Hi, I opened a support ticket some week ago , but still there is no reply. On login back to the support website, I find that there is no ticket there. Its been removed.

we can’t delete any tickets so probably your ticket has never been created.
Remember to fill all fields ( included the “forum” field where you have to select the theme that you have purchased ) for the correct ticket creation.

Hi, I need make some changes to booking pages:. How can I “not print”: “You are booking as guest, LOGIN or INSCRIBIRME if you want to save your reservation on your account.” and add a new one. Hi,
we successfully installed the website and test the booking with the online payment (PayPal) and everything is working. Except, the booking that we did, is not displaying in the booking calendar.
Also, how can we edit the booking calendar? For example we would like to close some dates because we already have booking and we don’t want those dates to be available for people to book.
