This morning, with wordpress 4.9.4 update, all logos on all the sites that I have enfold on are now not showing…

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.2.3 – https://www.kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You can check out change log here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-changelog/

All sites are fully updated to the latest version….
when left blank, the enfold logo comes up, when adding an image, this is what shows: http://prntscr.com/ieb6zv
again, this is EVERY site on the enfold theme -
Sites are on different hosting platforms, and all have different purposes, from no plugins to several plugins – but all are having the same issue, only common factor is the enfold theme. An urgent response would be very much appreciated. Thanks -

Video is broken with the new update, the controls show above the video and the video overlaps whatever content is below it. Is there a fix or at least a way to download the old version of the theme?

It looks like my login is no longer working on the support forum. I’m running the newest version of wordpress and the theme and have tried disabling all plugins. Please go to Appearance > Editor and under css folder edit shortcodes.css file and find following code in line 5202

Recommended PHP version for WordPress is minimum 5.6 and even though our devs added backwards compatibility, with your current version, you may see some errors. Enfold is compatible with PHP version up to 7.2. Nothing should change when you upgrade your PHP version, site would load correctly without any issues

Maybe i should elaborate, This team in the top 4, but what sets it apart from say bridge or salient, hard to know without actually using it.

To be more objective, I just asked what sets Enfold apart from other popular themes on our Facebook community page and first reply is this:By far the best (Backend-) Layout Composer. Easy, fluently.
Also, a fellow Enfold user created this tutorial. You can see how theme and Advanced Layout Builder works in that video.

Few other comments i would like to share
I have completely modified ENFOLD to my desires, so that you would not think that it is ENFOLD – and I am not a coder. So I would say, that it is a theme, which is easily to adapt. And: the support forum is one of the best and supportive I have ever used since buying themes from TF. I had bought some of the other bestsellers before, but I always returned back to Enfold because of the intuitive use of the ALB for creating very versatile pages.
My best experience: Just google [WHAT YOU WANT] + ENFOLD and it redirects you to a page on the forum explaining what you have to do.
I have built over 100 sites on enfold and it’s the only theme I use
We have a very friendly and helpful community not only on our support forum but also on Facebook

I see the reviews on this theme and obviously sales but it lacks transparency – ie; This theme is fantastic etc etc but they dont ever tell why it is.
So maybe you can elighten me on why this theme is so great

It would seem to be solved by putting 2 different language pages on both frontpage settings … That is in English on Enfold and in Italian on start page by settings. Strange but it works. Thanks so much

Hi, You added RTL support for Avia page builder in backend. But are you tested the frontend??!! It works inverse!! It is better to remove RTL of page builder. Previews version was much better.

Hi I would like to show products on my page. But when I use product slider or product grid the first 33 row shows up fine. But the rows after that shows with white gabs between the products, some of them even jumps to the next row. I have set it up with 5 product grids each showing a different category. But howcome do they not show correctly?

1- Yes, you can use Revolution slider on your one page layout. After installing and activating both Enfold and Revolution slider, you can go to Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder and add Revolution slider to your page.
2- Yes, you can import one of the demos with a single click in Enfold theme options > Demo Import and start working on your site. You can use imported images on any of your Enfold based projects.

Hi are all of the demos using out of the box enfold features? For instance, on the Enfold Visual Artist demo, I am wondering how you create the sections with the diagonal top and bottom? Is there documentation for how the individual demos were created? Also wondering how the iphone with the changing face on scroll was made on Enfold App? Thank you

Yes, all demos are using Enfold features. In some demos we use compatible plugins as well such as WooCommerce, bbPress etc.
Those sections were created using Color section element. You can edit Color Section element and choose to display diagonal borders and add background images and choose fixed for background attachment

I just completed the latest update and have continue to have the hidden plug in that needs an update- I’m guessing that means LayerSlider again? Last update for LS was apparently on 1/24- I would have thought it would have been sent with this update of the theme as well?

We have previously added a code snippet in the theme to disable update notification of LayerSlider however it does not seem to be working. We will check it once again however you can also find LayerSlider related options in Enfold theme options > Layout Builder

1- Can we put a logo in the middle at the top of the homepage ? Is it posible to have the menu bar under the logo in the middle ?
2- I would like to have a page like “custom product 2” but with several images similar to the photo with the man in a suit, in the same page. Would it be possible ?
3- You didn’t do links for 1, 2 , 3 graphical icons but can you confirm that we can link them with pages like “defaul product” ? I want to have a page for a whole collection and in this page (“custom product 2”) I will put for example 4 photos similar to that with the man in suit (with links of products). Each photo will present products as a sub categorie of the collection. I want to know if it’s possible.
4- I don’t see back buttons to come back from a single product to all products for women for example.

1- Yes, it is possible to display logo above and menu below, both in center.
2- Yes, you can add product gallery to your product or you can use variable products – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
3- Yes, it is possible to display categories on your shop page instead of products. Clicking on the category would display products in that category and then you could choose any product.
4- You can use breadcrumbs to go back to shop page or make some small customizations and manually add “back to shop” button to your products.
